Sunrise Senior Living

My mom is trying to adjust to living in a community, this is a new experience for her. and the staff and people here have been so very nice to her. The director has been outstanding. He is very helpful and he was supportive.

My dear friend Fr. [Removed[ was at Sunrise, and I was far away in Vermont. As his condition declined over the past week, I was able to interact with him via the personal I-phone of director, [Removedx], you have made all the difference! Thanks to you and your colleagues, I have found closure and had a life-changing experience with my dear friend. Thank you!!!!

I am very happy with the care that my father is receiving at this community. We like that the staff is very helpful. The community appears to always be clean and a nice environment. My dad is liking the nice variety of meals. They offer him activities. This community comes highly recommended for the care and the value of a loved one.

This community has been very supportive of my loved ones. During a difficult time the staff were very good at accommodating my dad. My mom, she is trying to like the community, is an adjustment for her. The people here are so very nice to her and the director, he is very helpful, supportive, and outstanding.

My mother has recently made the move into this community and I could not be more pleased with how things are going for her. She was initially moved into the memory care unit but because of all her improvement she will move into the assisted living. The staff are excellent and they are always encouraging her to get more involved in the activities as well as keeping busy throughout the day. Overall I am very pleased and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I would like to thank you for your help and just let you know that Sunrise of Erin Mills care and dedication to its people is probably the only reason my mom is still with us and doing really well in aspects of her 92 years of life.To bad you can only give a 5 but a 5 it is!

Dad hasn't moved in yet however he is very excited too. Every day he goes there to have lunch and he is getting to know the residents there which are good so he will feel more at home once he moves in. He is so pleased with the community and the food he has taken every one of the family members there and so far everyone has been happily surprised that they love it. The staff is very friendly and the place is extremely clean. The living space is a decent size so that dad can bring some of his furniture with him to make it his own. What made me feel at ease was the residents themselves seem happy so I know I made the right choice for my dad

I like the care of this commuity. The staff is wonderful and I like that they keep me informed on his progress or if there are anything changes. The staff is supportive to the residents. We both enjoy the wonderful meals. They offer the residents activities that are helpful. We would be happy to recommend this community for the good care and value for a loved one.

I really liked this facility. I thought it had a warm, friendly, family feel. I saw a lot of staff helping and talking to residents. And people looked very happy there. I am looking to have my dad move here!

My husband has been there two weeks and so far I have been very happy with the care he has received. The staff seems very caring and professional.

Sunrise is the only one we have visited so far. Were greatly impressed by it in generally & by the availability of so many activities that included those with community ties. Also having [Removed] is a very novel addition.

We toured this community for care and the staff was nice. This community seemed to be clean from what we did see. We did not get to see a lot, but it was a little more cost then what we could do. Families might consider a tour of the community to see if it is what they are needing.

I've just had to make the most difficult decision of my life....where to place my 86 year old Aunt, & best friend who has recently been diagnosed with dementia. A Place for Mom recommended Sunrise of Westfield along with a few others, & I can't believe my luck ...Sunrise has been amazing in every way! When they tell you they are there to support you, they aren't kidding! I had 1 week to move my Aunt from south Jersey to Sunrise, while I am living in Florida! The entire staff made that happen, & supported me the whole way....even when it looked like my aunt was going to REFUSE to come....they held strong & helped me through it all!!! My Aunt LOVES living at Sunrise of Westfield & gets the most amazing care!! I can't say enough about how pleased I am!

My mom's companion is the one who is in Sunrise of Henderson and he is doing quit well in their Memory Unit. I was there for the first time yesterday and felt the community was very nice and clean. My mom goes daily and eats with him as well as making sure that takes part in the activies that are offered in the Memory Unit. Each floor at Sunrise is a different level of care from independent to Memory care and they have their own dining, activities, and care. My mom seems to like the food and enjoys eating there with her compaion. I did notice that there is a bus that transports residents to outside activities. Although I do not know if that includes doctor appointments as well. I have just started to discuss the possiblity with my Mom about her also moving to Sunrise in the Independent or assisted living so that she would be closer to her companion as well. I would definitely recommend Sunrise of Henderson to my friends and family.

The staff at Brighton Gardens of St Charles spent lots of time answering our questions. The facilities are beautiful and the staff is very responsive. It would have been an excellent choice for my mother, but another provider was closer to her doctors.

My loved one has recently been using this home health care assistance and so far everything has been going excellent for her. The staff are wonderful and all of the caregivers they have sent out are always professional in there work. I feel comfortable with the care they provide when I am not there and would recommend them to anyone.

They get it. My father is very independent from the beginning they knew here to treat him, and to make him feel comfortable. My father and I would have reside him in an assisted living facility. He is very happy, glad to be where he is.

Staff is warm, caring and welcoming. Facility and rooms are well maintained. Would like to see more activities for the men. Lunch outings have be great and excellent staff. Dad enjoys going out.

My Mom passed away shortly after she moved in. She was only there for 3 weeks. We wish she could have been there longer. She received very good care while she was there. The staff was good to her and we feel blessed and happy that at the end of her life she seemed at ease.

This one is the top of my list so far. The staff is extremely friendly and caring. I toured on a Thursday and again on Saturday. Each time I toured, there were residents moving around, socializing, and gathering. I could feel the life happening in this location.
