I really enjoyed the tour and what they community has to offer. They were initially my first choice but they were too far in distance. Having my parent in a convenient location was more better for me.

Room includes cable, phone, one assisted shower. 35% male, many vets. met a few of the men and saw two of their rooms. Level of care goes beyond most typical Assisted Living places. Very nice victorian house look and feel.

The Belmont Village Thousand Oaks was a lovely tour. It is a beautiful community. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. My friend had some concerns regarding the memory care security. Not the right fit.

Toured both assisted living and memory care as they are in the same building. Memory care is on second floor in one wing of the building. Very pleasant entrance and halls were nicely decorated and light. Room sizes were the same in both buildings with a choice of three. Good size activity rooms. Residents were eating lunch in both buildings when I was there. There was a kitchen in Memory Care where residents could participate in cooking activities. The tour person brings her dog to work every day. The residents like him very much. Given activity calendar but didn't see any evidence of any art work from residents.

We are very pleased with the care here for my mom.The staff is very caring and she seems to be happy here. The menu is nice and she is enjoying the clean community They offer her nice activities and she liked the other residents and being social. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one. My mom is happy with the care here and will continue to stay for the comfort.

Sunrise at Webb Gin is an excellent facility with excellent staff members. My mother's respite stay exceeded my expectations. From my initial inquiry to the end of her stay, we dealt with caring employees who ensured Mom was well cared for. She enjoyed the meals, the activities, the cleanliness and the level of security this location offered. We will definitely be using this facility again for short and long term stays.

Since moving my parents here they have done very well. They are both meeting new people and making friends. They have joined the actives and are enjoying them. The overall community is bright and airy with the openness of the floor plan. The staff is wonderful to the residents very nice and considerate and the upper management is very professional and kind. Mom and Dad are enjoying the food here very much. Overall it was the right choice for them.

Everything is going great here at Highland Trail! The staff are very nice and the facility is very clean. There are plenty of activities to participate in, and the staff are always open to suggestions, as far as new activities to start. I have no complaints!

The Sunrise at Sterling Canyon is a very nice and clean community. It is taking time for my Mom to adjust from living in a huge home and moving into a one bedroom apartment. The staff is very friendly and caring. The residents are very friendly and welcoming and my Mom is making friends in a short amount of time. My Mom so far has no complaints about the food. There are activities for the residents although my Mom is not one to participate. There is seating outside for the residents to enjoy the outdoors. We really like the location of the Sunrise at Sterling Canyon, it is very convenient to visit Mom and we feel she is in a safe environment.

My mom loves it here, she has really perked up since moving here. The staff is prenominal, they are on top of any issues that may arise. They are all so super friendly. She is celebrating her 104th birthday next weekend and they are throwing a party for her. She told her therapist it's like one big family, everyone looks out for each other!
