Sunrise Senior Living

They were fantastic. The facility was extremely clean. My loved one was only there for short time before passing away, but they were wonderful people. They were extremely nice, pleasant, easy to work with, and very knowledgeable. They know their stuff, and I felt like they just couldn't help us enough. Getting things set up and moved into her room went smoothly - they helped us with everything. We had a different relative there a few years back, and with each of our experiences, they were great across the board. And compared to a nursing home, the cost is about half.

Our family had an in person tour and Sunrise was actually our first choice, it was what we preferred over the other communities we looked at. However it came down to the price and what was going to be the most beneficially for the long run.

Our family had an in person tour and it very much had a family environment to it, very main stream. It is in an area we are familiar with so we already new a lot of people there. Even though it is a very nice place we just did not think that at the time it was going to be the right fit.

My aunt is in a great Holiday community in Modesto, CA. I was there to visit her and I liked it. I came home to Loveland, CO and found Sugar Valley Estates, also a Holiday community. I am VERY impressed with the facility, and the people are WONDERFUL! I hope my aunt will move here to be closer to family.

I had a lovely experience talking with Sunrise, they were very kind over the phone. We have friends who have loved ones in this facility and they have all been pleased with their experience. For us, the location was just too far.

We absolutely loved Sunrise of Cary. It was our second choice and it was a hard decision to make.

The staff are wonderful to me and my dad. He doesn't participate, but I get letters with the activities schedule and I see residents participating when I go in. He really seems to enjoy the food, he eats 3 meals a day and does not complain. They are great with communication, they call me with any changes or updates. I think the quality of care is outstanding and the staff really care about their residents. For example, every resident has a little shadow box outside their door that they can decorate. He did not want to do that sot he staff made him one based off things they knew he liked, we thought that was really cool. I would recommend to others looking.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The cleanliness stands out to me. The staff are very nice. My loved one is very happy here. Compared to other communities this is a good value for your money.

We had a very good tour with [name removed], he was very nice. Another facility just worked with us a little better on price, but this seemed like a great choice as well.

We chose Sunrise because it really fit our needs at the time and they were very accommodating and worked with us to try to get my mom in here. The room sizes are very good and spacious. The staff were all very compassionate and I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

It was a good tour but nothing really stuck out to us here. The refrigerators in the apartments were small.

Sunrise of Wayne is great for my grandfather. The staff was loving and hardworking. My grandfather loves the activities and the food. Thank you Sunrise!

They were absolutely awesome. I can't tell you enough how good they were. Both my sons are doctors, and they were amazed by how great the staff were, how caring and compassionate. When my wife passed away, the people who were taking care of her, changing her, washing her, giving her medications, all came in the room and said their good byes. They hugged her- it was amazing how nice they were. They would come and ask her how she was doing. They would change the menu around for her when she had difficulties swallowing. She had trouble feeding herself, so they would come and help. They did an amazing job. I can't tell you enough how great they were. Activities were great. They had movies after dinner, and I'd go to the movie with her. The gal who was in charge of activities did a very nice job of making sure my wife was involved. She needed 24/7 care. They changed her often, made sure she was clean. When I could no longer care for my wife myself, my main concern was her care and comfort. I just wanted her to be comfortable. And they did everything that I requested of them.

The whole experience was easy and enjoyable.

This community allows pets, if you don't like animals I would suggest you pick another community.
