Sunrise Senior Living

Communication is good between the staff and our family is very good. They keep us well informed and up to date. The staff is very friendly and the community offers good value for the money. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

Quality of the care has been great and most of the staff members have been very friendly. At first the director did not make a good impression but that has all been straightened out. The food sometimes is a hit or miss with our loved one, but overall pretty good. The activities have been limited but slowly starting to pick back up. Our loved one gets to play the harmonica for the staff and the residents in the memory care. It really brings enjoyment to them and him as well, it makes him happy to make others so happy.

This review is long overdue. My mom resided in Sunrise, on the memory floor and was treated with love and respect from all. She was very shy and they brought her out of her shell nudging her to do activities daily. She absolutely loved living there. Thank you all but especially [names removed] - I am indebted to you both always.

We chose Sunrise at River Road because of the availability at the time and also after talking to staff and looking at the community, it was really top notch and we figured would be a good fit. The room sizes are very ample. It is very well maintained and staff members are very attentive to the residents. I am not local so some things I would like to have a little more communication and updates on so I can address things in a more timely manner. It is definitely a 5 star facility and I would recommend them.

I HAVE LIVED AT GREELEY PLACE NOW FOR A YEAR. WHEN I CAME HERE I WAS AT A VERY DIFFICULT TIME IN MY LIFE AFTER A TERRIBLE DIVORCE. I HAVE TO SAY I HAVE FOUND MY LIFE AND MY HOME HERE. I FEEL COMFORTABLE HERE AND ENJOY MY DAILY ACTIVITIES WITH FELLOW RESIDENTS. WE ALL HAVE SOMETHING THAT WE CAN SHARE IN COMMON.

Greely place is in a nice down town historical area of Greely Colorado. The Place is very nice with plenty of room in each apartment. The inside is nice and clean. Just want you would want for a parent of yourself if you are wanting the freedom of coming and going as you please with the bonus of meals and all the food you could possibly want served to you. My mom loves the place and the residence there are very friend and make new residence feel welcome. I would highly recommend the Greely place for yourself or a loved one.

They were excellent when it came to evaluating my loved one's needs when he moved in there, and getting him the things he needs regarding equipment and assistance. They were excellent beyond my expectations. His caregivers make sure he's clean and shaven and dressed. I do think that they need more help. The ones they have are working hard, but they need more coverage, just a better ratio of staff to residents. Everything is always clean - the entryway, the hallways, my loved one's room and bathroom. Floors are well swept, sink areas are clean, and all is nicely kept, including the outdoor space as well. Right now I'm only allowed to see him once a week. Since I'm fully vaccinated, I can visit in his room. If others aren't vaccinated, there are designated spots where they can visit. Again, the caregivers are very helpful with visits, and make sure he's dressed appropriately and has a jacket on if we're visiting outside. They do a great job attending to his needs.

My 100 year old mother has resided at Greeley Place for the past 9 years! She is happy, healthy and social with the activities provided to her at Greeley Place! They protected their residents this past year and had NO incidents with Covid 19 exposure! The administration, office staff, maintenance and food service people are the best!

The word perfect sums up our feeling for this wonderful community. Our mother has lived at Greeley Place for two years and could not be happier. The staff are loving caring people who have a vested interest in each and every resident. As a senior living center they are the best around. They are helpful, always checking on any needs my mother may have and giving her the attention she needs. The facility truly feels like home. It is well maintained and everything mom could want is here. There are always activities going on and fun for all who want things to do. The residents are friends and family to each other. During the shut down for Covid no one contacted the virus. No resident or staff member had the virus and that is because of the caring for each other that goes on in this HOME. It is home for all living at Greeley Place.

When it was time for my Father to make the tough choice to move into a semi/independent living apartment, We looked at all of the local options. The Greeley place impressed us with its warm and loving approach. My Dad is safe and happy in his apartment. The staff and residents have been great. We do not worry about Dad, and that is the greatest gift to my father and our family.

The Greeley place has been a great experience for my mom and myself as my mom's caregiver/custodian, I have always had a great response to any issue with the care of my mom and the care is way beyond the cold corporate style of some places. I always get an answer to all my questions. My mom was not a early adopter of the move from her home of 40 years. But mom is now happy as a lark, likes the food, the people and the building. I did tour other places and they all seemed cold and not vital. The Greeley Place always has residents getting together for activities, snacks and meals, The covid response was excellent and was a very safe place. The Greeley Place has very good communication with the residents, newsletters and meetings, I also think there is good value for the cost. I wish all places would provide the level of care that my mom gets.

I chose Sunrise of Severna Park because of the friendliness of the staff. From the outside of the facility, it looked like a Disneyland palace. The grounds are clean and well kept up. It is also large, so there are a lot of walking opportunities. I got a special move in discount, so I am getting a great value for the money. I have a smaller apartment, but the size is adequate for what I need. I have a patio as well. You get one of two choices for meals, and they are chef prepared. They do have an assisted living section, so if someone would come in as independent, you can easily transition to more care. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

I would recommend the community. I have in fact already recommend this community to others. All the staff have been patient with my loved ones. They haven't had a lot of activities available due to the pandemic. The community has been delivering meals to the resident's rooms due to COVID.

The food was good and the portion sizes were good. In general, this community was an unexpectedly great experience. The staff went above and beyond and they really made a difference. They are just wonderful. For his birthday all the staff members sang happy birthday to him and made him feel very special. The community reminds me of a hotel. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

From what we are able to see of the community it is clean, and from what we have heard the food is very good. The activities are still pretty limited, but the activity schedule for when they are not in covid times seems like they are very exciting. The residents can take trips downtown, they can take the shuttle to and from doctors appointments within 10 miles, as well as a couple trips during the week for groceries. They have great amenities and we would recommend Sunrise community to others families.

They were very cooperative and helpful. They do their best to accommodate you. They did a good job with keeping the facility clean. Meals looked appetizing and well thought out. I thought the cost was very reasonable. I just feel like we had a limited experience due to the Covid restrictions at the time.

The community is very neat and clean, and the staff are all amazing and know everyone's name. The food is very good and they have lots of activities going on. They are pet-friendly and they have transportation available. I recommend this community to others based on my experienceJR.

It is really expensive but the Aspired Living community is very clean. What stood out to us was the attentiveness of the staff members, once again the community is very clean well kept and very modern.

I HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE FROM THE MOMENT I SCHEDULED MY TOUR, TO THE DAY I WAS GREETED BY THE DIRECTOR OF SALES . TOURED THIS VERY CLEAN AND FRIENDLY COMMUNITY, ONCE MY MOTHER IS READY SHES COMING HERE NO DOUBT ABOUT IT!

If you want very, very good care and you're able to afford it, you would do well to place your loved ones at Sunrise. The leadership and staff have been so warm and delightful. They're approachable, and they're very responsive to residents' needs. The place is clean, and the staff do a very, very good job of taking care of people. My loved one really likes the food. On the weekends he likes to order out, because just like anyone, sometimes he just wants something different. This type of care is expensive across the board, but it's in a nice area, just over the river near Manhattan, and I believe they provide really good care here.
