I’m so happy to have made the decision to move my mother into Holiday Hills. She is happy with her apartment and says the food is delicious. I like that they have a hair and nail salon, too! The staff are fantastic and extremely helpful. I highly recommend Holiday Hills!

I would recommend the community. If you have watched the movie "Groundhog Day" with the B and B that is the feeling you get, it is wonderful. They have cats, three dogs that wonder around, it has a homey feel. They are always doing special events. The head nurse and nurse under her were both hospice nurses and that is what we are doing for my mom currently. They are extremely knowledgeable. The doctor on call is wonderful. All the attendants that take care of my folks, I couldn't be more pleased. It looks like the Marriott inside, really nice furniture with carpeted floors. The place is wonderful. They have wonderful porches with rocking chairs. The only problem is their billing system, not at Sunrise itself, it can just be confusing.

My favorite so far. Beautiful building, very nice staff. They have a house dog. Also pricey but the care is more personal. Loved everything we saw. The services offered would be a good match for my mother-in-law. Definitely at the top of the list.

Our loved one is back at Sunrise and it is a world of difference from the last community. Their team worked so well with our family regarding finances, and helped move our loved one into a more secured area. Our loved one has their own living quarters but shares a bathroom. The staff members are very responsive and anytime there are updates or questions regarding our loved ones medical needs they call us directly and immediately They also use an app called Smile, that you can check on the activity of your loved one and pictures they have of them.

We chose Lakewood Estates because when my dad got here he said it was exactly what he was looking for and it fit all of his needs. I think the apartment size he has it good for what he needs at this point. They were very accommodating for me when we were moving my dad in and the staff here seem to be pretty knowledgeable. The chef here is extremely kind and helpful even outside of the kitchen. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

Sunrise of Palas has been a really good community so far, they take great care of our loved one. The memory care unit is locked down but we are able to visit our loved ones as many times as we want during the week. The community is very clean and the entire place is ran entirely by women.

We chose Sunrise on Providence because of the set up of the reminiscence care that they had. The staff members here have been excellent with communication. My dad really enjoys the meals here and I would recommend them to others looking.

Our family was able to do an in person tour, and our experience was great. It is a very nice and well kept facility, it is pricey and a very large community so it just was not the best fit for our loved one having some physical issues.

I would tell others that my loved one is well taken care of. My loved one enjoys the food, and is having a good time here. I am happy my loved one is thriving here. The vaccines were given to the residents; however, the staff aren't required to be vaccinated. There was a staff member that came down with COVID, and then the residents are required to be quarantined even though they are vaccinated. This has happened three different weeks due to staff. It would be nice to keep score at games to see if the residents are improving and let the residents know.

It is a nice place. It is expensive, but good for dementia. The staff are friendly and open. I'm not sure about the food, as I can only go off of what my loved one says. The community is good at keeping my loved one involved in activities.

The feedback we have heard about the cleanliness of the community is great, it is well kept. The staff members have been very responsive to all of our questions and we get regular pictures about things our loved one is doing during the days. They have multiple activities going on, there are morning exercises, afternoon walks. Our loved one has many many chances during the day to get out of her room, there are a lot of social opportunities. The meals are very good, and we think the quality of their services are great, and the prices are appropriate.

A very welcoming community. Easy to see someone you love living there. Sharon Ash did an outstanding job of listening, answering questions, and getting to know our specific needs and situation.

I presently live at Sunrise; it’s bright and sunny, the staff and workers are professional and nice! I choose to stay here for now! Thank you

It is a very clean community. The physical therapy department is very enthusiastic. The nursing aides are wonderful and caring. There is a LPN that distributes the medication to the residents, and keeps good records. The administration was good and nice. They are understanding and accessible. There was always food there. They gave good sized portions to the residents and my loved one. The activities director is lovely and makes sure she visits each resident, each day. She is like a cruise director, on a cruise ship. It is 20 story building with independent living, one wing is memory care, and rehab in another wing. It feels like the staff have found their calling in taking care of the residents. There are around 20 rooms for memory care.

We talked with Sunrise and they were always very friendly and they answered all of my questions that I had and were good about following up. We did not choose this facility because they do not take Medicaid.

I would tell others that we have been happy with the community so far. They have gotten high ratings about their safety protocols during the pandemic. Everyone on the staff are very friendly to the residents.

I met with [name removed] who was extremely helpful in gaining an understanding of the transition from hospital to AL. The facility was very nice, clean and I met with the head of Therapy Services, as well as the Social Director. All in all, a great place and has high potential for my Mom.

Excellent, clean, well-maintained building. Generously sized rooms. Residents seem engaged and happy. Attractive rooftop courtyard in memory care. Most staff members have been there for many years. Low staff turnover lets them build relationships with residents.

A really nice community. They are located close to shopping and doctors' offices. The community is very neat and clean and the staff is very friendly. The food is amazing and I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

We toured Sunrise and we almost went with this facility. We were in a big hurry and couldn't reach the director as she was out, so that is the only reason we were unable to choose this facility since we were in that time crunch.
