The whole experience was easy and enjoyable.

This community allows pets, if you don't like animals I would suggest you pick another community.

I would not recommend this community. IT was kind of depressing and we did not see any residents. The tour was great it just wasn't for us.

This tour was good and the community was fine they just could not accommodate to what we were looking for.

The staff is beyond amazing. They have a good selection of food and a bistro. There is an assortment of activities. They have worship and more activities for the residents, as well. This is a top notch place!

I was very concern with finding a new home for my brother. I was suggested Sunrise of Marlboro even though I knew of its location but felt it was beyond our reach. To my surprise they were very helpful and assisted in my immediate placement needs. I can now rest at night knowing my family member is safe and well taken care of.

My mother has been in the community for three years. The level of physical, mental, and social care is unsurpassed. The staff is loving and caring. I'm completely satisfied with Sunrise of Marlboro. They've exceeded my highest expectations.

This community did not require a vaccine and we really liked this community. The biggest thing is that we did not want our loved one to have to be required to get a vaccine. The tour was fantastic.

Our experience with Sunrise goes beyond 5 stars, they have been extremely responsive from the beginning and really helped us get our loved ones long term claims approved for insurance. Due to our loved ones health they get confused very easily, but the staff are able to handle them with care and are always in great communication with us. We were in a very difficult situation before Sunrise, our loved one was in the hospital about to get kicked out and Sunrise was able to take our loved one right away. They took a tremendous amount of stress off of us. They always know where our loved one is and what they are up to which has given us a huge sense of comfort.

Everybody is friendly, helpful, and professional. The caregivers are well trained and competent. My mom is very happy there. She tells me the food is good too. And it's kept very clean. Periodically they shampoo the carpets. There are no objectionable odors. And the staff that does the cleaning of the apartments is very good.

Everything is going great so far, we love Sunrise of Newton.

Our tour with Sunrise of Holbrook was great, the only reason we did not choose them was because they did not have the room accommodation that we were looking for at the time.

It's like a second home for your loved one. The friendliness of the environment is good. The grounds also help make it feel like home.

We have not been there during meal times but our loved one has not complained yet and she is eating so we have to assume the meals are great. There are plenty of activities going on all the time and they do a great job encouraging our loved one to get involved. The value for cost is really good, and it just feels like your on vacation here at Sunrise.

Right now the meals and dining service is a big hit or miss with our loved one. When we speak to them they are just not happy with the quality and sometimes they aren't even sure what it is they are eating. However, the value for cost is very good.

I would tell other families to try them out. Compared to the place my loved one was at before, Sunrise is 100 times better. They've been very helpful. They take good care of him, and they help me with transportation when he has to have a doctor's appointment. Really my biggest frustration has been every time I have to contact somebody, that person has left and now there's somebody new. That's been mostly with the nurses. But they've made good replacements.

They are excellent on every level. This is a really wonderful community. It is small and intimate as opposed to being in a big establishment where the residents can feel lost. They are very personal and intimate with the residents. You can be assured that your loved one will be well taken care of.

Our loved one has been moved in now for a couple months and so far it has been a really positive experience. He adjusted fairly well and quickly, he is being well taken care of, and he is eating good The community is nicely kept clean, but due to the covid restrictions the activities are still somewhat limited.
