They was great with getting us in, but the billing has been a big problem sense we moved in, they never had the right amount, they don't have the best communication when it comes to billing at all, they tried to apologize but it was far to late for that. They do like to reinforce a community environment.

Sunrise of Dublin is a very nice facility, it was our second choice. The only reason we did not choose them was because both my parents were moving and there would be less independence here for my mom. She would not be able to do things she still likes to do herself such as the laundry and they did not have the washer and dryer in the rooms.

Our tour with Sunrise was excellent. They were very thorough and answered all of our questions that we had. The facility is very big, so it did not fit what we were looking for. I do think this would be a great place for someone more independent and ambulatory.

The staff really stood out to our family, they were very friendly and answered all of our questions. They also connected right with our loved ones and even though our loved ones did not participate in the activities they always had plenty to offer.

I loved Sunrise of Edgewater. They had plenty of personal touches, and they treated me very well. I thought they were excellent.

Our family had a virtual tour and it was a good experience, but our loved one just did not like the location of the community.

Every time we are able to visit the community has been nothing but clean and the staff have been wonderful. Our loved one is really enjoying the meals and dining service, and we think the field trip activities are still shut down. Compared to other communities in the area the value for cost is very reasonable.

Sunrise is a lovely facility, this was our second choice especially if we had decided to go with independent living rather than assisted. The facility it bigger and mom was wanting something more small and personal.

my friend and I toured Sugar Valley Estates. I was great. [name removed] is a very friendly person and very caring. He gave us a great tour and introduced us to some of the residents. We had lunch and the food was really good, everyone was so friendly. I liked that it was so clean. What a wonderful day it was.

I would highly recommend this facility. The best part of it is the warmth and sincerity of the staff. They are very caring all of them from the front desk to management to the floor staff they are all wonderful.

I have been very pleased with most of the community stay of my loved one. The staff is very good with the residents. Some of the activities available are outside musicians, group sing alongs, dancing, movies, and more for the residents to choose from. The staff makes sure my loved one is dressed nicely each day. They even allow the women to wear some jewelry that was donated to the community.

This community was really nice, just too expensive for me. had an aroma of backed cookies when we walked into the facility.

Our family had an in person tour and Sunrise was immaculate. We are very familiar to the area which we love, it is in a great neighborhood. We were very impressed with the community, but the location was a little farther away and to our of our price range.

They keep my loved one busy with activities. There is a lot of exercising and outside activities like gardening. This is definitely a great place with very friendly people. The community is clean and attentive to the residents.

The guy who was showing me around was so personable and helpful during our search, he seemed to really care about my uncle. The facility was a little more high class and the residents were dressed up nicely, I just felt my uncle would not fit in here.

Our family had an in person tour and we really liked Sunrise, it was a very good tour and it made our decision between another facility very difficult.

Everything is going really well. She is finally settling in and the staff members have just been great. She has made a group of friends which we are really happy about since shes is not normally social. One of the things that impresses me is that they keep in good contact with the family if anything is needed. I would recommend to others looking.

I have been here for nine months. It has been a rewarding experience. I lost my husband and my son. Life was very lonely for me. Here I made friends and just plain have a good time every day. People here are kind and considerate. I recommend this place to anyone looking to place a loved one. You won't be sorry. It's amazing.

This was a very good tour and the facility was nice. The rooms however, were very tiny and too small for what I was looking for for my loved one.

They have done a really good job with my loved one and she has improved since she got there. Other family has also said that there loved one has also improved since she got there. My loved one thinks that everyone there is so nice, the residents as well as the staff. My loved one really likes the meals and is eating things that she hasn't had in a while. They do exercise, movies and bingo activities with the residents. My loved one has never said that she wishes she wasn't there and she is happy.
