Everyone was so helpful. I met with the front desk person and she immediately put me in touch with the sales person. I enjoyed the live entertainment.

I walked into this facility and was greeted with a smile. [name removed] gave great resources. I appreciate all the friendly faces. Apartments are spacious, bright and lively. The residents looked clean and well kept.

Sunrise at Sterling Canyon community has been a great experience for our family and our loved one. [name removed] was fabulous and was so welcoming and their staff members are great. Our loved one is very well taken care of at the Sunrise community.

Sunrise is a great community for assisted living residents. The staff caters to all needs and very communicative to the resident’s family. Everyone is professional as well as friendly. I would recommend Sunrise to anyone looking for assisted living services.

I cannot say enough great things about Sunrise Bedford Court and their exceptional team of caregivers. The level of care and attention that they provide to their residents is truly remarkable. Every caregiver that I have encountered has been incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate. They truly go above and beyond to ensure that each resident feels comfortable and well-cared for. The facility itself is top-notch, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, and the common areas are always clean and beautifully decorated. The staff takes great pride in creating a safe and welcoming environment for all residents. In addition to the quality care, Sunrise Bedford Court offers a wide range of activities and programs for their residents to enjoy. From exercise classes to arts and crafts, there is always something fun and engaging happening at the facility. Sunrise has been a wonderful and caring environment for my mother. I am satisfied with the care and clinical coordination provided by the nurses and staff. Everyone has been very attentive to her needs. I enjoy the events that hosted at the community. All family members are able to visit her and enjoy quality time with her. The location is convenient. I recommend this place to anyone who is concerned for their loved one. This location with satisfy all your concerns.

My spouse of 58 years is a resident of the Memory Care unit at Sunrise of Arlington. The care he receives there is excellent. The staff have made special efforts to understand his background and use humor with him, which he really enjoys. Although he can't communicate very well, they take time to respond and offer him suggestions for him to choose. I couldn't ask for a better place for a patient with severe dementia. I highly recommend this facility. It is small and very well run. When I can't visit, the staff keeps me informed of his condition, which really is a comfort.

The staff is amazing to my mom. It has a very homey feel. My mom loves all the activities and being around people after living alone for many years. Her favorite activities are BINGO and working out.

The facility operates well on every level. It is a warm, inviting community—complete with a wonderful service animal which makes the facility feel like a home. Each resident is given a care plan that is specific to their needs which allows family to feel comfortable that their loved one is being well care for. I have found the staff overall friendly and responsive to our needs.

My mother moved into Sunrise a few months ago and I’ve been beyond pleased with the gentle care and attention she’s received from the leadership and staff. Everyone tends to her respectfully and with the utmost attention to detail. Moreover, Sunrise Springfield proactively fosters a sense of belonging and camaraderie among the residents by designing a variety of fun and engaging activities for residents to participate in. The facility is always kept up real nice and the staff is very pleasant to be around. Super attentive, and upbeat personalities. Real nice place.

The staff is very friendly and informative. The main reasons we chose Sunrise of Mill Basin was because it was in a quiet neighborhood and they seemed organized and helpful. They listened and tried to help with my dad.

Sunrise of Silver Spring community has been exemplary in its ongoing display of competence, compassion, active listening, patience, and responsiveness to the concerns of my loved one (the resident) as well as the family members who are her primary family caregivers.

Overall we are very pleased, the food could be better! The Activities are okay. My Mom is really bored since my Dad passed. She is on the 3rd floor, which is for memory care. When my Mom and Dad were on the 2nd floor, they were probably the worst of the bunch. So they moved them to the 3rd floor, which was appropriate for their needs. Now that my Dad has passed, my Mom seems to have improved and she is now probably doing better than any of the others up there. The staff has been talking about getting her included in some of the activities downstairs such as the bridge group. If that happens? She would be very happy! She is just bored and other than staff. Not many to communicate with on the 3rd floor. If they get her involved with some activities on the 2nd floor, like (they are talking about). She would be much happier. The food was better at Merrill Gardens! Actually, much better! Especially on the 3rd floor! Other than that, we are all very pleased.

I toured a few weeks ago and have an overall good experience. The people were so helpful and friendly. They gave me resources and invited me back to the book club. My mother loves to read and has had a hard time with thinking about moving into a place.

I work in the industry and have many patients on service who reside at this facility. They look very happy and well cared for. The staff is polite and always smile. I would recommend this facility.
