Sunrise Senior Living

The entire staff is responsive to my mother's needs. She's 104 and has been there almost 2 years. She loved the food, staff, and friends she has as residents.

We had an excellent experience at Sunrise of Lynnfield. I can't say enough about the staff and the care, kindness, and respect that they gave my Mom. My experience was in the memory care unit. I think that the cost for assisted living is astronomical everywhere, but the peace of mind that Sunrise of Lynnfield gave me was priceless. I would definitely recommend them to others.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and beautiful. This facility is our #1 choice. This facility is definitely the best place for your mom!

I would recommend Sunrise of Huntington to others. The staff is great. Friendly and engaging. Lots of activities. I get a call every week updating me on her progress. The menu is good. but she doesn't take full advantage of it. The setting is nice. Beautiful Hampton style home with a back patio. The move in was difficult, but it had less to do with the staff and more to do with my mother's stubbornness. She has grown to like the place, but the first month was tough.

Even though this is not the nicest facility based on decor many other places are much more modern in the esthetic. My dad liked this place the best and the staff were so nice.

This community took great care of my uncle. I ate lunch the other day , the burger was delicious. The staff all had smiles and were friendly. My uncle is so happy.

They helped my mom when she was abruptly removed from her facility due to a fire. They took great care of her with kindness, love and compassion.

My grandma lives at Sunrise at Flatirons and loves it. The staff is friendly and experienced and creates a great culture for the residents. There are lots of activities, great food, and the communal spaces are clean and comfortable. Her apartment is lovely with a great view and lots of space. Would definitely recommend Sunrise at Flatirons to anyone looking for independent or assisted living. We have had an excellent experience.

The people at Sunrise have been a blessing to our family from the very first day of meeting with their wonderful sales director. The staff is genuine, caring, helpful, and knowledgeable. We are so thankful for sunrise!

Staff is super friendly and always treat the residents with kindness and respect even when they are difficult at times or agitated. I'm always amazed at how calm and kind the staff remains I would and already have recommended them to my friends and family.

The staff is fantastic. Not only are they knowledgeable but they are very compassionate not only to the residents but to the families as well. My father passed away in their care and they treated his body with such dignity and respect and gave us so much support and compassion. I highly recommend the facility

My mother has been at Sunrise nearly 2 years. She's allowed to keep 2 cats, who mean the world to her. At nearly 92, she is losing her grip on reality and her ability to walk without a cane or walker. I visit frequently, but it's getting difficult to take her in and out of the car. My new role is to interpret her wishes or mine to the medical staff, supply her closets and bathroom and clean up after the cats. The staff is overwhelmingly cheerful and competent. They bend over backward to listen and help. But because they are caring for so many people with special needs at the same time delays do occur. It's a given that rush hour to meals and back ties up the elevators. It's worse if someone moves in or out or during medical emergencies. But there is never a sence of panic. Slow service in the dining room frustrates some residents, but they have the option of room service. Overall, Sunrise is a safe and friendly place. A visiting EMT says it's the best in Montgomery County.

I think I know most of the caring staff at Sunrise at Flatirons. Every time I’m in the community someone says hello or asks me “if someone has helped you (me) yet?” I know that most people who go into healthcare are caring people but I know my dad and I know what he puts people through when he’s in a mood. So it’s saying something when these folks still go out of their way ask me how I’M doing when I know they’ve been dealing with people like him all day (he’s not that bad but he demands a lot of attention). This team KNOWS customer service. More than that, they are caring and loving people and I truly like them. I’ve toured a lot of communities and nothing holds a candle to Sunrise at Flatirons. It’s not the building. It’s the people who make this place a “home”. Someone taught them this. Someone fosters this kind of caring and attention. I give credit to [name removed] the Executive Director. I’d let her and her team care for my dad over any other staff out there. Well done.

I am enjoying my stay at Sunrise at Mt.Vernon for respite stay. The community is clean, beautiful landscape, amazing activities, team members are very welcoming and supportive.Food is amazingly delicious, dining staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. GREAT leadership, very knowledgeable and welcoming and very helpful.

The Jefferson is a great independent living facility located steps from the Metro and restaurants. There are many resident organized activities and outings. The staff is very good. It is a small village.

I am so happy in my new home. Everyone is friendly, caring, staff is loving, my food is delicious. I do not need care help but my friends say their care is good.

The people at Sunrise at North Hill in Raleigh were wonderful to work with. [name removed], was the primary person we worked with and he went above and beyond to help us with this process. Dad’s room is spacious and pleasant. He’s tells us the food is good and he’s met some other gentlemen he likes to sit with. Overall, he’s settling in well!

My step father stayed here for a short period of time. But he enjoyed this place. Every staffs are very friendly and supportive. He even made a friend with one the caregivers [name removed]. [name removed] was very supportive and made him feel like a good friend was taking care of him. Overall this place is clean, beautiful environment. The foods are great, they offered a lot of options for residents. Only thing not that great was short staffs/caregivers during weekend. You just need to be patience.

I and my entire family were completely satisfied with all aspects of care and attention provided by your facility to my 99 year old mother. We were particularly impressed with the quality of food preparation.
