From the first moment we walked in, we knew it was different. There was no "old people" smell or "out of place" faces. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms wonderful, and the food tasty enough that the family enjoys dinner with Mom. I thought it would be harder to walk out the door on my final day, but the staff really has her best interest at heart and in hand. The little things not clear at first were gandled with a friendly phone call. I know that Mom is on a good place.

My parents love it at Brookdale Sterling Court! The transition for them has been much easier than I thought it would be. The staff is just excellent. The care there is just very wonderful. My parents love the food at this facility. The decor and ambiance is more than adequate. My parents feel free to move around the facility and hang out. It is just a lovely place.

I felt so at ease while David stayed for 6 weeks it was while I had surgery and recover. He was so clean and good spirits made me so happy. Thanks to all the staff for all they do for a family.

Brookdale Magnolia took really good care of my mother in law. She has been very happy there. The facility itself is very nice, the staff has been very friendly and accomidating, and the care has been very good.

I can tell you right now I would give it five out of five stars. We have been very happy with them. They are doing a great job.

They have been very attentive to all our needs and requests. The only thing i can even think of where they might could improve is the food. It is healthy but bland, which I get because of dietary restrictions I'm sure they have where they are not able to have much salt, etc. My father is very happy there at Brookdale Sterling Court and we would highly recommend them.

The staff at Las Villas De Carlsbad has been extraordinarily friendly, cheerful, and competent. Very helpful in every way. They have really impressed me a great deal. I love that there is a nice swimming pool on campus, and that it is on a residential street where there is not a lot of traffic close by.

I am very appreciative to the staff and caregivers at Grossmont Gardens..as rated above my overall impression of this senior caregiving location is five star..we had the experience of the assisted-living now utilizing the skilled nursing facility..everyone has been proactive and friendly and the atmosphere really feels like my dad is being well taken care of..thank you very much!

Adrianne was simply amazing! From the moment I started speaking with her, I felt this incredibly positive energy. She is extremely professional with a compassionate heart. She is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She also went above her call of duty to accomodate my out of state parents. She is deffinitely one of the reasons why I am looking forward to have my parents live in Las Villas De Carlsbad. Thank you Adrianne.

They take care of their residents very well. The food is very good as well. The activities are good, but I do think they could use a few more stimulating activities for some of the residents. The only problem we have had is that there was an issue getting the paperwork submitted to the insurance company in a timely manner. We are very satisfied though and would highly recommend them.

We have a wonderful caring L.E.D. He is very helpful. Jake is so much fun to be around. He makes me very happy in all our activities he has for us. He is a great choice director and bell instructor.

I stayed at Las Villas for a week-long respite stay. I had a lovely room overlooking the pool, and it was very clean. The staff were very attentive, and I can tell that they really care about their residents. Unfortunately I was unable to partake in any of the activities they offered because there was a flu epidemic right before I stayed there and they had to cancel all of them, but everything else about Las Villas is wonderful. I would definitely consider moving here in the future.

We toured this options when we were looking into care options for a loved one. This was a very nice looking community! The facility itself was beautiful, and the staff were all very friendly and professional. However, this was a large community, and what we were interested in were the smaller residential style communities.

My overall experience is definitely a five plus. The cleanliness of the community was well done. The staff is very very helpful. They are conveniently located, and there is enough parking. The people who are helping out, you need to trust them. Trust is e very important element of a good experience.

She’s only been there a short time. They seem to be very attentive to her needs. She’s getting involved and making friends. I think for the money that we’re paying you get the biggest bang for your buck. It’s more of a family. Everyone makes you feel apart and welcome. The atmosphere is very welcoming.

First weeks impression: It's an older place, but clean. Including bathrooms and stairwells. The staff has been very responsive when issues arise and in their day to day dealings with residents. Several residents have spontaneously told me that they're happy there and some have been there many years. Several of the staff have been there decades as well. Good value compared to some of the other places in town. Includes first hour of care in a competitive rate. Still early, but first impressions are positive

This review is only based off a couple months of experience. The price is pretty hefty, but it is definitely worth it! Once we had our options narrowed down, it came down to the vacancy and the price! Their staff also stood out because they seemed like warm sincere folks. They are also very accomodating to visitors and family members, and made us feel welcome! It's been great so far!
