I visit Brookdale Roseville every week to provide pet therapy for the residents. The staff are always helpful in preparing the residents for our visits. Residents are seated in their great room so that we can easily visit all their animal lovers. The floors are always clean so there are not snack leftovers to distract the dogs. The residents are always smiling when they greet us.

I really appreciate the staff and the way they've treated my family and wife.

Momma appears happy and well care for at all our weekly visits. Staff is responsive and attentive. They also keep us very well informed of any changes in her condition. We believe her caretakers continually have her health and well being at the forefront of momma's care.

I was there for Bingo. [Name removed] was wonderful! The residents really enjoyed her. Everyone here is very positive and helpful. It is always a pleasure to visit. My dad has adjusted very well and is very happy.

I was able to have an in person tour and it was a very nice facility but I wanted to move back home closer to my family. However, the staff members were all very pleasant to work with.

We really appreciated the tour and you taking the time to answer all of our questions. You made us feel very comfortable and we could sense your genuine empathy and compassion for our dad and family as we make this difficult transition.
