the staff and residents are very caring and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure the residents are heard and any issues ae addressed quickly and positively.

The staff members gets 10 stars when it comes to their friendliness, they are so amazing. The nurses are great to and have been able to handle our loved ones care - if/when they need assistance with our loved one they will give us a call so we can assistance so they have great communication. Our loved one needs 100% care so to us the value is worth it and we would absolutely recommend Grossmont Gardens to other families.

My loved one loves the food. They are always doing something with the activities. It's a great community, and my loved one is very happy. They are doing a great.

The staff at Grossmont Gardens know the residents by name and seem to really care about them. The food and dining, from what my person says, is very good. And the facility is really nice.

The communication is stellar, everyone is welcoming and friendly, the staff extremely competent. The only "issue" is my loved one seems to have an occasional meal that they don't like. HOWEVER, there is an alternative menu they can choose from if they remember. I picked this community, because of the location, cleanliness, staff, and activities.

I appreciate that the staff is friendly and kind to the residents. They have an excellent events team - they always have something planned for the residents to do. The housekeeping and laundry staff are also respectful and kind. It really is a great place to live and the rent is fair for all that it includes. I have no complaints and my loved one is so happy there.

My mom is a tough case, they've been very patient and kind. What is outstanding is the involvement of [name removed], the manager- I believe he's the executive director. He actually spends time with my mom during her occasional spin-outs and is great at talking her off the ledge so to speak. That's typically done only by nurses, but he goes above and beyond....regularly.

The overall cleanliness of Laguna Estates is excellent and even though we have not had a meal there ourselves according to our loved one she seems to be very happy. They have so many different activities for the residents there - they have bingo, different types of lectures, they have social happy hours at 3pm and play games like "Name That Tune." They also will bring in live entertainment to play music so there is plenty of things do to do stay active. They also have a very nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. We would recommend this community to other families based on our current experience. The value seems to be right in line with the other communities we had toured with our loved one .

Laguna Estates was ok and the people were friendly but it was more expensive, with smaller, outdated rooms and didn't have kitchenettes in the studios. They had a small mini fridge in the closet with a microwave sitting on top and called that a kitchenette.

We like the smaller scale of this community in comparison to other larger ones. We definitely love the staff team there - we have nothing but good things to say about them, no complaints at all. Every time we come to visit the residents and staff seem to be really happy and enjoying their time. Based on our experience we would absolutely recommend Plateau Village to other families.

I had a great tour experience with Sterling Court at Roseville, I really loved all of the staff that I met. The ceilings in the common areas were lower and the facility was a bit smaller. I thought with the whole transition coming from her home to a facility that she would have an easier time with more open and airy space. That is just my personal preference though, that says nothing about the quality of care that is provided here. I thought it was a great place.

My daughter is an activity Director in Washington and I knew what to look for. I am very grateful for all the caretakers there. They’re very loving and treat each person personally. They bring out their personality and characteristics and everything they do. My sister seems very calm and very happy there and I am always invited to all the events and try to stay up on the alzeimers seminars. Love the food here and especially love the activity Director [name removed]. She is an amazing woman and gives a lot of her tell us to everything

It's comprehensive, and you don't need to worry about anything. You don't need to worry about being abandoned. For example: being at home, you'd maybe worry about being abandoned by a caregiver who's come into your home. You don't have to worry about that here. The residents look out for each other, they're engaged. Overall, very comprehensive and safe. I would and I have already recommended Laguna Estates Senior Living to others.

The experience has been solid so far. Staff is attentive and friendly. People seem to care about the residents and keep them happy. Most importantly my father feels at ease here and is actually enjoying it. That said, the price is pretty steep, but it seems all decent places are. I do feel I am getting value here and am at peace with my dad living there

I would give this community a shot. My mother is well taken care of and the food is great and everyone is always there. All of the staff are very helpful and willing to step up whenever you need any assistance. The administration is wonderful, there was a mistake on my first bill and they were all over it and making sure that things were corrected and fixed. They are great.

Sterling Court at Roseville is a warm, wonderful and very cozy Senior Living Community. It's a perfect "Goldilocks" among its competitors. Sterling Court is not so huge that you lose yourself in a sea of residents. But it's not so small like one of those board and cares. The staff at Sterling Court at Roseville are exceedingly kind, warm and GENUINE. One truly feels at home here. They are all experienced, well-trained and professional as well. Health and Wellness is clearly a priority, and they offer an amazing 16 hours of licensed nursing seven days a week! The food is also fantastic! Tasty, nutritious and perfectly balanced between health-conscious cuisine and good old-fashioned comfort food. You'll never go a day here without a choice of entertaining activities, light exercise options, and numerous special events that often include live entertainment! If it was possible to build a "cruise ship without the waves" then they have done so with Sterling Court at Roseville!

It's pretty much what we expected it would be. When we were first touring different facilities, Plateau Village stood out as a little bit smaller than some of the others. They're a little more hands-on because they don't have as many residents to keep track of and help. Because it's a memory care unit, sometimes clothing and things gets mixed up, which is frustrating. But when I come to the staff with questions or concerns, they're always helpful. Plateau Village also seemed to be the best bang for the buck - they were the lowest price of the three places we toured.

This was a very nice community and this was a second choice just in case my loved one had to relocate. We ended up not going with this community just because my loved one was not prepared to move at the time.

I was able to have an in person tour and it was a very nice facility but I wanted to move back home closer to my family. However, the staff members were all very pleasant to work with.
