This community do their best at keeping this community clean. The staff are welcoming and very nice, although they could use a little more staff. Since my dad is a picky eater they staff were 100% accommodating to his wants and needs. Activities were available but my dad did not join but he did make new friends. I would definitely recommend this community because they are wonderful, great, and fabulous!

They are very clean, no trash, and up kept. No complaints in that area The community offer activities and one day my aunt will join too. I see the staff are friendly, nice, polite and help my aunt if she needs help-just a phone call away. She enjoys her perfectly-portion food, especially the lemon chicken! Since the staff and community is so very, helpful and welcoming I would recommend them to anyone. Our family likes this community.

Our loved one has only been here a short time, but so far our experience with Brookdale Sterling Court has been a very positive one! The people here are friendly and accommodating, and they've really done a great job looking out for Dad. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and it just seems like a very nice place overall!

My husbands stay with this community was really amazing. Everyone here is very nice and friendly. It has truly been a wonderful experience for us. They keep everything very nice and very clean. The staff was outstanding, they really cared for him very well. They do offer nice activities for the residents. He really enjoyed the meals, the food was great. We really loved this community. I would recommend it to anybody.

I moved my Dad from a facility I would only give 1 or 2 stars. The staff has been very helpful and patient with my Dad.

It has been the best place for my mother. Before coming she barely ate. Now she is at every meal and loves the food. And that is a great compliment as she said she would only eat "German food". Also she has made many friends. She has found out that there are many others who are in her situation.

We liked the open feeling of this facility. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the idea of opening your door from your room to see the outside is very appealing. The rooms were decent size. The staff was very friendly. Other occupants were willing to talk to us.

My mother is doing fine at Brookdale Magnolia. I find the place to be clean as well as the staff to be very helpful. The staff is polite and respectful, I've spoken to some of the residents there and even though they can be unhappy at times due the fact their families aren't coming to visit them as often as they'd like, the staff is very patient and understanding.

I can not think of a single improvement that the Brookdale Magnolia facility needs right at this moment. I do not have any complaints about the place and overall I think that it is an alright place to stay at.

They are very attentive to the residents, but I would have liked to see a better orientation. Almost like a tour kind of thing, like a one-on-one orientation. It has been really good though and I feel comfortable leaving my loved one there.

I think they are doing a very good job. The staff is great, the building is always so clean and nice smelling. They have great activities for the residents. Nice place.

We were been very pleased with the initial walk-through that we did and now with their welcoming acceptance of my mother into their place. We have been very pleased with the administration and the attention my mother has received.

It has so far been wonderful experience with the Grossmont Gardens, I feel it was the perfect place, for my mother. Its clean, the staff is friendly, care services are great, the value and amount of activities offered are great. Overall I would say its a great experience.

Very nice. Lots of activity and friendly staff. Well maintained and organized. I would certainly considering this location.

They seem to be taking very good care of my mother. She had a couple of falls, but that's to be expected. But generally I think it has been a good experience for her. She has been kept clean and comfortable and that is what's important.

From the first moment we walked in, we knew it was different. There was no "old people" smell or "out of place" faces. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms wonderful, and the food tasty enough that the family enjoys dinner with Mom. I thought it would be harder to walk out the door on my final day, but the staff really has her best interest at heart and in hand. The little things not clear at first were gandled with a friendly phone call. I know that Mom is on a good place.

My parents love it at Brookdale Sterling Court! The transition for them has been much easier than I thought it would be. The staff is just excellent. The care there is just very wonderful. My parents love the food at this facility. The decor and ambiance is more than adequate. My parents feel free to move around the facility and hang out. It is just a lovely place.

I felt so at ease while David stayed for 6 weeks it was while I had surgery and recover. He was so clean and good spirits made me so happy. Thanks to all the staff for all they do for a family.

Brookdale Magnolia took really good care of my mother in law. She has been very happy there. The facility itself is very nice, the staff has been very friendly and accomidating, and the care has been very good.

I can tell you right now I would give it five out of five stars. We have been very happy with them. They are doing a great job.
