Very nice facility and services, except the 2-bedroom suites are only available for independent living, not for residents who need assisted living. The fixed assisted living fee is nice and makes it affordable for my parents. I only wish it had 2-bedroom assisted loving suites that had 2 bathrooms.

We toured Sterling Court at Roseville and we liked it a lot. We found that they were not as accepting of dogs - they allowed dogs, but weren't as accommodating and didn't have as many services for them. Because of that we chose another community.

This is a nice place for your loved one. I would recommend you research more about the food. The food is not liked by my loved one and other residents. There is no smoking in the building. I wish the community would be more proactive about having residents that smoke, smoke in designated area. The laundry and housekeeping once a week is included in the monthly fee.

Nice facility in the heart of Carlsbad - close to the beach and village restaurants. Very safe area and upper level apartments have ocean views! Staff is friendly and attentive to residents' needs. I would like to see more attention to dietary needs of seniors with health issues. I am overall happy with the care my family member receives at this facility - good value for the money.

We are continually impressed with the professionalism and care of the nursing station staff. They are on top of every detail of my parents' care, and there is a lot to monitor. I get immediate calls if anything is amiss. Very kind people there!

The Winter Family just wanted to say thank you for the extra special care you have provided to our Dad and Mom. You all just really don't understand how much we appreciated you. Our family made the very best choice when we made Grossmont Gardens the choice for Dad and Mom. First in the Assisted Living and then after Dad passed the transition for Mom into the Nursing Care Facility. I just could not imagine where we could have gotten better care.

I am very comfortable with the quality of care that my wife had received while she was in there care at this facility. The staff where attentive to her needs and made sure to make her as comfortable as she could be. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone interested

My friend is very happy being in this community and loves it. the community is clean from what I see. My friend gets very good service there and I do recommend them to others.

Wehn I toured Brookdale Sterling Court I thought it was class A. The place was clean and everyone was very friendly, but it was a bit more money than we could afford at the time. Also, we wanted to stay in a certain area.

I am very pleased to say that our choice of Grossmont Gardens for the care of my brother has been confirmed;-) I have been impressed with all categories provided by GG. Employees are friendly and very caring. In a time where my brothers best interests were at stake, we made a great choice. I do need to get him more involved in activities but over all he is very happy.

The entire staff is warm, friendly and always smiling. They know and enjoy what they are doing. They have great food and a variety of options to choose from. The community is spotless like the very best hotel you have been to. They have a full time nurse on staff. They have plenty of activities and a beauty salon on site. They offer a bus for trips out. They treat you like a special guest and I would recommend this community.

I recently have made the move into this community and I have really been enjoying myself since the transition. They have have a great activity program that offers plenty of different games and events to keep me busy throughout the week. I also have have no complaints about the food it is absolutely delicious.

My loved one is doing very well since his move to this community. They are taking good care of him and his needs. They have a lovely staff, they are very kind and sweet. They have many resources available for the residents. I've had a couple of meals, and the food is very good. I like this community, it is a very nice place.

My mother is really enjoying her stay at this community. The staff from what I've seen is very friendly and helped her adjust. My mother is very happy. The place is clean and well maintained. The meals have a good taste and are in good portions, always served at correct temperature. They offer a variety of activities such as bingo and field trips programs as well as plenty of other things in the lobby. The main reason we chose this community is the location, also the cost is good.

They were a good community. When we visited I saw a nice place. I was given enough feedback about the place. I did not sample any meals. After looking at the community I felt this was not a right fit and the move-in cost was a bit much for us. It was not as accommodating for us.
