I've been here for two years. It's perfect for me. Nicest people on the staff. They are helpful, kind, and care about all of us residents. Love my room food is good, activities are geared for elderly if I'm...

Very nice facility. Friendly and professional staff. It seemed to be a little cheaper than other facilities. Mom has decided to have in-home care.

I really like this community and all that it has to offer. My loved one really enjoys the activities that the community offers. The meals aren't great,but they are decent enough. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Mom was not able to move into this community as they do not accept residents that are already in wheelchairs. They are a little more expensive than the community she is at now. They charge for any extra services that may be needed. It seemed to have an active environment. I received a good report from a family that has a loved one that currently lives there. The staff were nice and the community looked clean.

They've done a great job here with my loved one so far! The care staff have been great with him, they are friendly, caring, and professional. The facility itself is nice looking, and always well kept and clean. They haven't been perfect, sometimes a few details will slip through the cracks when it comes to care, but on the whole they've been great.

My husband didn't like the area. My aunt likes walking around and he thought the area is not safe to go out and take a walk even in the day time. Also, the community is kind of cramped with people. I mean, the place is nice, it's just that it's very limited. There is not as much space to walk around especially outside. Plus they didn't have a one bedroom room for her at the time.

Thay saved my life. I was very independent but disabled when I moved. Did my own meds management and drove Moving stressed me I got very sick and stopped eating and taking meds. Front office staff was very concerned and called me every day and sent food to my room. Then they called 911 to take me to the emergency room. I had total renal failure. I am now on dyalysis and feeling much better. Now have an RN case manager recomended by Harbor Terrace to coordinate dyalysis and doctor visits and keep my family informed and I have a full time care giver to take me to dyalysis. Now starting to work again and much stronger.

This community does not have any medical personnel on staff. The staff that is there is friendly and do what they can to care for the residents. There is a secure memory care unit. The food is fair, however the food in the assisted living area is nicer. There does not seem to be a lot of activities. This community is kept clean.

I thought this place was very clean, I was mostly impressed with how well the staff and residents maintained the building. The staff made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail and even offered us to try one of there meals. I have no complaints about there community, they just had no room at the time for him.

Tammy was exceptional, helping me place my Mom in a facility that cares, and one that can provide a complete range of services. Despite her being in memory care, she has been allowed to eat and socialized with the assisted living folks. She seems to be enjoying her stay, and looks forward to being moved into assisted living.;

I have recently made the move into this community and so far things have been going alright. I do not have much interaction with the staff because I have my own caregivers that come in so I can't comment to much on them. I will say that the meals they have are awful and they do not know how to cook. I am not impressed with them at all and am hoping they make some improvements here shortly. They seem to have some nice activities available for the residents I just have not been able to participate in any of them due to my back.

Entire place had a smell possibly cleaning supplies that did sit very well with my sinus. Layout was two stories and adequate. Nice outside areas that are secure.

The lady who gave my loved one a tour of this community was very friendly and had a lot of great information to give us during our visit. I truly have no complaints about our experience it was just not the right location in the end decision.

I didn't get a warm and fuzzy at this facility although they had multiple outside areas for residents; have assisted living and memory care section;

Not a high priority for me. Felt more "institutional". Noticed an odd sweet smell, not what I wanted.

Christina gave us an excellent tour but the rugs and rooms smelled like mold ... I had a small asthma reaction after visiting

I found this facility to be rather dated and I detected the faint odor of urine in the community room where the residents were listening to a piano player. I was alarmed by the mounting add on pricing that added quickly to the price of the room. The location is in a gang riddled part of town and for our hostess to be telling me there were a lot of places within walking distance when I obviously have mobility issues was insulting if not depressing. I will not be opting for this facility. 1947 Woman
