Sungarden Terrace

I like that this is a smaller facility so there personal attention but there is still a lot of activity variety. I would definitely recommend this community to others

The overall layout of the community and the rooms they provide the residents there would be a five out of five.

This place has been great. My mom has dementia and has been difficult to deal with, but the wonderful people at Sungarden have been diligent in trying to make things better and have been very patient. Everyone is friendly. They keep families updated on events going on there. I wish my mom could enjoy those events because they sound awesome! Unfortunately she is too far gone to appreciate it. I highly recommend this place.

They made the move in process pretty seamless. The staff are very accommodating to all of our needs. They focus on the individual, which is awesome. The caregivers know each individual resident personally. The place is beautiful. The interior is newly remodeled and renovated. It is truly awesome. I will most definitely recommend this community.

They have a really good staff in memory care. The food is excellent and they have a gourmet chef. Their events for families are amazing. Their outdoor space is excellent. It is an older building. They have the halls nicely lit and painted and are decorated beautifully. I have recommended Sungarden Terrace to other people. We are really happy at Sungarden Terrace.

[Name removed] gave us a thorough tour and a comprehensive description of the staff and facility. They clearly do a very good and caring job with the residents here.

They were like a second family to us. My mother was well loved and cared for.

I looked at several places and kept coming back to Harbor Terrace, Its nice and by the water. The people that live here seem so happy there. The staff here are friendly and attentive to him. They keep the community clean and well maintained, it has a nice courtyard he enjoys. Lots of activities such as music and comedy entertainment, Even a Happy Hour! The food is very good and have frequent movie nights too. The best thing is you can have pets here I bring my dog all the time to visit.

We liked this community. We were happy with getting the information on the care that is given to the residents. The menu was appealing and the information on the activities would have been very helpful for her. This would have been a great community for here needs. We would highly suggest that families tour this community for the care and the value to be the best

I would recommend the Sungarden Terrace because they have been taking very good care of my mother. So far, it has been an excellent experience. The food and activities are very good as well. I have not noticed anything that needs improvement yet.

Harbor Terrace has been a good choice so far. It's clean with a friendly staff. I chose them because of the amenities they offer.

I had a great tour of this community and I love how close it is to my house. I decided to choose this facility for my father and unfortunately we are just waiting for a few outside issues to be resolved before moving him in. I do have to say the staff have done a great job at keeping in good contact with me and following up to make sure things are going okay. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone.

Before deciding on a place for my father I looked into several places both in California and Arizona. From the minute I walked into Harbor Terrace Retirement Center I knew it was the place I wanted my father to live. It is clean, bright and very inviting; the staff is friendly and they truly care about the people living there. There are plenty of fun activities throughout the day to keep the residents busy and entertained and the food is excellent. My father has the best of both worlds now; an independent apartment with all his things for when he wants to relax and just watch some TV alone and just outside his door a beautiful place with all his new friends, staff who have become family to watch over him and activities to keep him busy. I cannot say enough, this place is awesome!

This is a great community. Mom is doing well adjusting to Sungarden. They offer daily activities. The staff are excellent. We have good communication and they are attentive to her. The food is good and they keep the community well taken care of.

My dad loves it there! There are a lot of activities for him. The staff is so nice to work with and helpful with Dad's health issues. His room is kept very clean. He gets fresh sheets and towels every week. I am so glad that I found Harbor Terrace!

We recently placed our aunt in Sungarden Terrace. It is very clean, the food is good and the caregivers are very attentive. The downside is the additional costs to dispense medications and other services, otherwise we feel we are very fortunate to have found this new home for our aunt.

The facility is really good. There is not anything I think they could improve here. They are doing a great job at this facility.

My husbands dad was at Sungarden Terrace prior to passing away two weeks ago. While he was there they took really good care of him. They checked up on him regularly, made sure that all his needs were met and he was being cared for, etc. They were just outstanding!
