During our loved ones final days we could not of asked for more from the staff team - they constantly came to check on our loved one and our family. They would bring us coffee, drinks, snacks and meals. We would recommend Personal Care Senior Living based on the experience we had.

Personal Care Senior Living is a true community environment.

They went out of their way to accommodate for her. I really appreciated the flowers that were sent to her funeral, and the gift I received from the admin after. Very caring. I loved Personal Care! Accommodating. Felt like family.

Overall it is better than others we have visited, however there is a lot of staff turn over and inconsistency. This is fine if you are visiting regularly and can monitor care. The food service was pretty good initially, however they have again had staff changes which has really lowered the quality of food. This is an area they need to improve. Some staff are friendly and care about the residents, while others are just there doing the minimum. It really is hit or miss. The nurse and activities coordinator are great.

The only reason Suite Living of Burnsville gets a few 4 stars is because they are struggling with staffing - we know everyone is and there are trying their best. What we really like about it is that it is a newer facility so that gets high remarks and we like how it is a smaller community. We like their concept on they way to handle things. Activities are good we have seen them doing different games with the residents.

It's a beautiful place. The morning and afternoon shifts were great. night shift had some issues. I would suggest, putting a camera in your loved ones room, and try to visit at different times during the day.

Some of the staff members are great they get 10 stars for being so warm and caring to the residents, however some other staff members not so much. The quality of care given to the residents really depends on the individual giving the care. It is a smaller facility but the way the rooms are laid out all next to each other in a hallway is very suitable for our loved ones needs .They do have a new activities director and what activities they do offer they do it well. The overall value is right in line with other communities in the area.

We went with Personal Care Senior Living because it is a smaller facility with less residents and we liked the fact that it is all inclusive so you pay one price and you don't have any add on fees. The activities have improved dramatically since my loved one first moved in, they just got an activities director and she is doing a lot of things with the residents. They have an exercise class right after breakfast, they are doing games throughout the day, crafts, etc. They have had turnover in chefs but they have recently hired a new chef so we are hoping things will improve. Overall we would recommend them to other families looking

Moving dad into a community was scary for our family we didn’t know what to do or where to go. We felt this was the perfect fit for dad for what his needs are and will continue to be. We are very happy with our choice, most of all dad loves it here!

This is a nice and clean community. It feels more homey as it is a smaller community. We are overall satisfied here. They have activities for the residents, and try to engage the residents in the activates.

This was a a very small community. They seem to be just starting out. We didn't see the number of activities we wanted for my loved on.

I don't know if you can take into account I am a health care worker and was a CNA 40 years ago. I know what the ideal/ premium/ standard of care should look like and I expect it. I understand staff are "stretched to the max", however, it is hard to stomach when you see staff at the desk on their phones a good portion of the early afternoon evenings (when I visit). It seems to be a bother when they are asked to do basic cares. Also, when asked if he's had a shower, nightly self cares or if nightly oral hygiene is done regularly and the response is, "well if he refuses, no". No indication any form of encouragement, conjoling or other strategies were tried. Just "no." There are some (3) excellent care providers that I would love to applaud for their compassionate, client focused , quality patient care, but this scale does not allow for that. Thank you for the opportunity to give my opinion and hopefully be a motivation to assess and hold workers accountable to provide quality of care to our vulnerable family members

It was wonderful at first, but then it started going downhill. I would go in there and no one was supervising them several times in the morning Mom was not being helped the way she needed to be. They lost her teeth and still can't find them for over a month, I know they are trying to make it better But it's very frustrating. They don't have enough staff for the amount of people that they have in there and some staff would rather not even be there.

Until the day, my mom entered Suite Living she was on daily physical therapy. She got no physical therapy at Suite Living. Their biggest concern was Hospice. They told me Hospice meant just extra care. But I don’t believe that anymore. My mom only lasted 10 days there. She was doing very well once she entered.. I’m very disappointed.

The overall experience is a 3 due to staffing. The facility was good, but my love one was messy and my sister and I did cleaning more. Staff was very friendly. She was on hospice and there was some confusion at times. During her passing the staff was supportive but didn't know how to take care of her specifically and we had to work through that. Some people need more assistance and not enough staff to help. Difficult for my mom to reach and see stuff at table (short and partially blind) and memory confusion for her). She needed to have bite size pieces which was not always the case. I think she'd like more food selection like you get at bigger facilities. She'd do busy work in room. She was not a tv watcher and many times that was what was going on. Any place hard to rate since it is your loved one and you want the best for them. Not sure we received the value for the cost. From the facilities she's been at I think I preferred the farmstead however since she was more independent I had more falls and issues

We picked this community because it was a smaller building, with only about 12 in memory care. Things might have changed. Both good and bad experiences.

I felt comfortable having my husband there, however there were some issues with his care. Listening to people where I live it sounds like it is an industry wide problem. There were some staff members who really cared enough to do a good job. And then there were the ones that didn't seem to care at all. I spoke to the manager and things got better but I don't think that should be necessary. When my husband was dying everyone was very attentive to him and my family! I appreciate that it is a smaller community and they were able to give him the necessary attention and that is the best part of that place.

My Mom was at this facility in Memory Care from when it opened Dec. 2022 till June 2023. She was taken care of well until she declined. There were good caregivers and then bad ones that weren't real attentive to her. I give a lot of the credit to hospice for taking awesome care of her. She fell in her bathroom a week before she passed. She was weak and instead of the caregivers being in bathroom with her like they should have been they were out in her bedroom. Not the ending of her life I would have hoped for her! At times Her room was messy as well!

Love the size. Very personalized service. Staff and management are approachable. Just added a new activities director. Many plans in store for the residents. Highly recommend!

For activities during the week they are great but for the weekends we would give them a 1 stars The residents just sit in their rooms for 2 days. They get very bored. When [name removed] is absent no one covers for her. With the value it was a rough start for us but seems to be getting a little better. Mom is supposed have a shower every Thursday and my sister comes up on Thursday evening and she hadn't had a shower yet. My sister showers her. Since mom has dementia, she only needs to be reminded.
