Suite Living Senior Care

My loved one live at this facility for 2 years and had a peaceful and loving care staff. Very clean and smells good. Staff spoke every time I came to visit. I was offered lunch at my visit. I would recommend this type of setting for anyone looking for a smaller setting.

We had a great tour experience with Personal Care Senior Living. This is pretty much a carbon copy of the Person Care in Columbia Heights. which it the facility that we went with. When we toured this location, it was brand new and only a few residents had moved in. It really just comes down to the locaiton and which works best for you, both places are great.

We have already recommended the community to others for their loved ones. The owners are present on site and it makes it easier to discuss concerns that we have about our loved one. Any concerns the family has had, have been addressed quickly by the staff. There are three meals a day served to the residents.

They really worked with us to get my Aunt moved quickly when she was in a rehab facility that we were extremely unhappy with. Suite Living - North St. Paul was our 1st choice for location. Unfortunately there wasn't an opening for the kind of care my Aunt needed at the NSP location. So they called other locations in the area & we started working with Suite Living - Vadnais Heights to move her in. The NSP nurse & staff that came to access my Aunt were just as amazing as the people in Vadnais Heights where we ended up!

The staff is extremely caring. They see each patient as an individual. The residents really love being there. They worked with us to get my Aunt moved in quickly. She was in a rehab facility that we were extremely unhappy with. I was impressed with Suite Living in general - our 1st choice for location was Suite Living in N. St. Paul. Unfortunately there wasn't an opening for the kind of care my Aunt needed at the NSP location. So they called other locations in the area & we started working with Vadnais Heights to move her in. And the staff at Vadnais Heights have been just as amazing as the people in NSP.

I really liked this community itself and the staff were very friendly. They were younger and seemed to be inexperienced, so this would have been my second choice. They gave a good tour and I got to see a lot of the community and get a good feel for it.

The Personal Care community always had a lot of activities going on, that was great and based on our families experience we would recommend this community to others.

It's a nice place, and it's pretty new. They can handle residents with memory care issues. The community is neat and clean, and I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

The facility is gorgeous with a quiet atmosphere! The staff are helpful and welcoming, and everyone is willing to work as a team. There are always fun activities planned and the kitchen makes a good variety of food!

Very beautiful community & they have great activities for the residents as well as great food. The staff are very caring and management is amazing.

This place is so nice, the staff all seem to like what they do, and over all really have good relationships with the residents. The food is amazing!

They took automatic payment out of my checking account on the 5th of the month and my wife passed away on May 6th. I figured that they would have had the courtesy or compassion to refund me some of that money especially after her passing away to help me out.

Size of the rooms are phenomenal! Very large; fits easily Queen bed, multiple loungers, dresser and tables! Staff is friendly and helpful. Activities director loves what she does and truly cares for the residents as family. Wishing for more movement, walks with residents/walking group, any activity that encourages more movement.

My husband said he would not go back. I would find the same stuff on the floor after a few days and I would do a clean up in the bathroom when I was there. He would also say they would be out of certain items for meals, ie jelly, toast. Room size was fine and we were only there for a month. No one ever called to check on what happened and how he was doing. I had high hopes for the time he was going to be there but was disappointed

The memory area only has a room and bathroom. They are both good sized. The food seems good. My husband has gained weight. Staff is friendly and treats residents well. Activities are difficult in memory care but they try to get them involved as much as they can.

The staff was great. My husband wasn't there long enough to take part in the activities. The size of the room was good.

It's clean, and I appreciate the aids and the staff. They have a great activities director, great nursing staff. The food is good! I would recommend.

Staff took the time to get to know the clients and catered to them with dignity. I would recommend this facility to others. Quality, compassionate, loving care when family is unable to be present 24 hours a day.

Positive- very responsive care givers and administration. Things change quickly for older, declining seniors, and processes need to be nimble and change. Suite Living is really good about that. Areas for improvement- adding more activities geared for men in memory care. They are not inclined to join in coloring or crafts. Food is very average. But adequate.

They seem to do Ok on most things. A little difficult judging because my mother was not happy being there, and I would guess any other facility as well. She is settling in a little better now. I don't know for sure, if I would recommend. There are pros and cons that may or may not be important.
