Suite Living Senior Care

My experience living here has been very good. The upkeep of the building is very good. Space is very clean.

The kind words and deeds while helping and working with a woman who is dealing with MS is reassuring for the family knowing that we have found the right home away from home for her. Yes, the building is always clean and in order. Yes there are scheduled get togethers with other residents for appropriate activities yes there are days when things do not go according to plans. BUT they always rise to the challenge and make the bump in the road like a pebble. We are so relieved To find this facility or should I say community for our families need.

The services were excellent at all turns every time needed. They were all great.

My mom is currently a resident at Suite Living of Prior Lake and everything is great. We love Suite Living of Prior Lake! The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, care services and meals are great, everything is. We would highly recommend Suite Living of Prior Lake to others!

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. They never made me feel as though I was budding in or in their way. They made me feel very welcome as well. The reason I gave a 4 for quality of care is because my sister [name removed]- who passed away in November - seemed as though she was capable of taking care of herself, but that was all fake so I feel as though they left her alone probably more than they should because she scammed them out so well.

We have already told quite a few people besides my brother and sister in law also. We have nothing but great things to say about the community and the people that work there.

I have worked in the assisted living field for 15+ years and have to say this place is by far the best I have seen. My grandma in memory care is having the time of her life, I’m so impressed with all the activities they do and how they include the memory care as well.

The food is the only thing that I probably can say could use some improvement. Staff is super nice and administration very honest and straight forward. Place is always clean. It's a small place 25 residents and the staff are very regular and seem to take pride in the level of care that they provide

I understand that things are expensive, but that doesn't mean I have to like the cost! My sister is being very well taken care of and I really appreciate all the help you and everyone else we live in has given us.

The staff I felt truly cared for our mother. At the time our mother was there, they were a little bit short staffed though, I am hoping that is better by now. I would overall highly recommend Suite Living of Burnsville based off of our families experience with them.

We as in my brothers and husband and myself have already told people we know to send their family members there. They are just awesome. All of them. I have nothing but great things to say about Suite Living and the caring people that work there. I would recommned to other families.

My loved one live at this facility for 2 years and had a peaceful and loving care staff. Very clean and smells good. Staff spoke every time I came to visit. I was offered lunch at my visit. I would recommend this type of setting for anyone looking for a smaller setting.

We had a great tour experience with Personal Care Senior Living. This is pretty much a carbon copy of the Person Care in Columbia Heights. which it the facility that we went with. When we toured this location, it was brand new and only a few residents had moved in. It really just comes down to the locaiton and which works best for you, both places are great.

We have already recommended the community to others for their loved ones. The owners are present on site and it makes it easier to discuss concerns that we have about our loved one. Any concerns the family has had, have been addressed quickly by the staff. There are three meals a day served to the residents.

They really worked with us to get my Aunt moved quickly when she was in a rehab facility that we were extremely unhappy with. Suite Living - North St. Paul was our 1st choice for location. Unfortunately there wasn't an opening for the kind of care my Aunt needed at the NSP location. So they called other locations in the area & we started working with Suite Living - Vadnais Heights to move her in. The NSP nurse & staff that came to access my Aunt were just as amazing as the people in Vadnais Heights where we ended up!

The staff is extremely caring. They see each patient as an individual. The residents really love being there. They worked with us to get my Aunt moved in quickly. I really liked this community itself and the staff were very friendly. They were younger and seemed to be inexperienced, so this would have been my second choice. They gave a good tour and I got to see a lot of the community and get a good feel for it.

The Personal Care community always had a lot of activities going on, that was great and based on our families experience we would recommend this community to others.

It's a nice place, and it's pretty new. They can handle residents with memory care issues. The community is neat and clean, and I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

The facility is gorgeous with a quiet atmosphere! The staff are helpful and welcoming, and everyone is willing to work as a team. There are always fun activities planned and the kitchen makes a good variety of food!
