Suite Living Senior Care

I really cannot say enough good about Suite Living! Though my Mom was not here long they gave her such special care and she felt like her room was home. hey are so helpful, gracious, welcoming, knowledgeable. They made our mom feel at home having left from her home of 61 years. They had lots of activities and kept her busy. My mom just passed away this afternoon. They have cared for her with such loving care and grace.

Suite Living has been great for my Mom. The staff is kind and compassionate and allow residents to be themselves. In the past year, my mom's physical strength has improved so she can do more things on her own. We love Suite Living!

The staff at Suite Living of Forest Lake have been absolutely wonderful to us.

My mother loves it. Everyone is very attentive. The previous chef was "wonderful". He passed away apparently and the newer one is not as good. Variety is not as diverse.

[name removed], [name removed]and [name removed] were awesome to work with. I felt like they cared about my Mom and provided caring service to her. It's nice to meet care givers that are genuine and nurturing. I wish I could have thanked them more, their kindness was truly appreciated.

Sometimes it is hard to get a hold of anyone. When my mom was having issues with her legs swelling it took a while before they had the medical personnel evaluate her. The room sizes are great. Amenities offered are great too.

[name removed]and [name removed], actually every one of the employees from management to housekeeping and maintenance are amazing at this home. I would give them a 10 stars ?? if I could. They go above and beyond and their patience is that of a Saint. Definitely highly recommend this facility if any opening come available. 10 stars

My mom has been at Suite Living Inver Grove Heights for over three years. She started out in assisted living and moved to memory care. Suite Living is a small community so staff and residents get to know each other well. Staff takes great care of my mom. They respond promptly to any issues and are communication is open and honest. Staff is great here - very friendly and outgoing. The cook is great and they are provided with very nutritional meals. Overall our experience with Suite Living has been great!

This place was amazing with the process of getting my godfather in fast. We had to make a decision in 5 days where the best place to go for him and I met Tom and I fell in love with the place. They had a few hiccups over the first few months but they problem solved and I feel they are always up to do better which is amazing to me. I wouldn't want him anywhere else, he has crushes on all the nurses and has a best friend now that he complains about like their married. If you want a compassionate and loving environment I recommend this place 100%! I also love Ashley the head of the nurses, she is good with detail and I feel she has the best interest for everyone. I waited to make this review not before 3 months, so here we are 4 months and this is my review.

My experience living here has been very good. The upkeep of the building is very good. Space is very clean.

The kind words and deeds while helping and working with a woman who is dealing with MS is reassuring for the family knowing that we have found the right home away from home for her. Yes, the building is always clean and in order. Yes there are scheduled get togethers with other residents for appropriate activities yes there are days when things do not go according to plans. BUT they always rise to the challenge and make the bump in the road like a pebble. We are so relieved To find this facility or should I say community for our families need.

The services were excellent at all turns every time needed. They were all great.

My mom is currently a resident at Suite Living of Prior Lake and everything is great. We love Suite Living of Prior Lake! The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, care services and meals are great, everything is. We would highly recommend Suite Living of Prior Lake to others!

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. They never made me feel as though I was budding in or in their way. They made me feel very welcome as well. The reason I gave a 4 for quality of care is because my sister [name removed]- who passed away in November - seemed as though she was capable of taking care of herself, but that was all fake so I feel as though they left her alone probably more than they should because she scammed them out so well.

We have already told quite a few people besides my brother and sister in law also. We have nothing but great things to say about the community and the people that work there.

I have worked in the assisted living field for 15+ years and have to say this place is by far the best I have seen. My grandma in memory care is having the time of her life, I’m so impressed with all the activities they do and how they include the memory care as well.

The food is the only thing that I probably can say could use some improvement. Staff is super nice and administration very honest and straight forward. Place is always clean. It's a small place 25 residents and the staff are very regular and seem to take pride in the level of care that they provide

I understand that things are expensive, but that doesn't mean I have to like the cost! My sister is being very well taken care of and I really appreciate all the help you and everyone else we live in has given us.

The staff I felt truly cared for our mother. At the time our mother was there, they were a little bit short staffed though, I am hoping that is better by now. I would overall highly recommend Suite Living of Burnsville based off of our families experience with them.

We as in my brothers and husband and myself have already told people we know to send their family members there. They are just awesome. All of them. I have nothing but great things to say about Suite Living and the caring people that work there. I would recommned to other families.
