Mom enjoys being here, most of the time all is good. There are times there is not enough staff, mom has had to wait 20 minutes or more for help in the restroom. She love breakfast but is not crazy about lunches+dinners.

MY impression of Carmel Senior Living was favorable. The staff were all friendly and interested in hearing my family's needs but they did not have suitable accommodations available in our required time frame. While all inclusive, the price seemed somewhat high for the size of the accommodations.

Great staff, friendly residents, prompt services, clean+ well kept maintenance. Wonderful, food is improving, lobby + library drapes need updating. Having a "service" providing hard care has not turned out to be satisfactory. I am happy here! after 7 1/2 years.

I had a short term lease (5 weeks) while having medical treatment. Facility was clean, quiet+comfortable. Employees were welcoming+friendly, greeting residents by name. Residents were also friendly. Meals were varied and of good quality. Plenty of activities were available I would definitely consider another stay if needed.

The facility has an excellent appearance and is well maintained by the housekeeping staff and maintenance man. We appreciate having our apartment cleaned every other week by the housekeeping crew. It's nice having our dinner served everyday in a pleasant dining room. Most of the time the food is very good.

This building needs updating. It offers many opportunities for socialization and has daily planned activities. Many residents have lived here for years and are still happy . Transportation for appointments and attending events in the town can be scheduled. Everyone who visits here appreciates the decor and happy atmosphere.

Beautiful facility, staff very friendly, helpful residents also welcoming. Seem happy given their circumstances. Food could use some upgrades, but by large is ok. Housekeeping is very accommodating+unfailing cheerful. Always call us by name+will go the extra mile for us.

It was a very nice place. The rooms were beautiful and roomy. A nice touch in the independent living rooms was a button you push in the morning to let them know you were up. We didn't eat there. [name removed] gave a real nice tour. Th reason we decided it wouldn't work for us was the price would double when you needed assisted living and you had to change apartments. We felt that would be to disruptive. Also it was a licensed facility. Very important to us.
