Everything is really good. The only thing that I would say New England needs to take more day trips and have another bus. I think the limit is 15 so many people don't get to go. Aslo, you have to sign up at a certain time and it is typically full when you get there The entertainment is great and many new ideas.

The facility is new,3 years old, and is very pleasant. The Halls are wide and bright and the elevator is also wide and large. The rooms have a nice balcony. There are programs available for the residents, including interactions with preschool children from across the street. The big downside for me is that the facility does not have Medicaid beds. If a resident depletes his money, although they will help to find possible monies, the resident will have to find a new facility.

All aides, PT, speech and dining servers are wonderful. My mom has been here several years and at 95 is still active. Front desk [names removed] are the best, they know all the tenants and call them by name. Dining servers are also warm and know the resident's likes and dislikes. I always let newcomers families all the fun they have.
