Mom has been happy with her apartment, and the staff and residents are friendly. Hoping new management will hire enough staff for dining and improving meal options. I think the cost is affordable.

It is as good or better than most, from what I have heard about other places. Beautiful facility, delicious food possibilities (although my mom who was celiac and had no appetite ate very little in her time there), and many activities. It was an up and down experience because of a few really poor care givers and mix ups with her gluten free diet.

Springvale is a clean, safe, organized assisted living. The care is accommodating to my needs. The food is good. The rooms are nice size and feels like home. Having my meds in my room is big for me. (Great).

Enjoy a variety activities such as Bible study, social cocktail time, craft, painting, entertainment. Staff are friendly and excellent services. Apartment is wonderful.

People have all been very nice and have worked with my aunt on her specific needs. Her diet is a challenge that we are working on together. Wish there were more snacks and food varieties that she could ear. The speech therapist on site has been a highlight - she is awesome! My aunt hasn't wanted to participate in activities, but that has been her choice as she adjusts to life changes. I think there are the right amount of activities available for my aunt. One more thing - there is not always someone at the front desk. As a frequent visitor, I'm ok with this, but not sure everyone would be. Yes, we would definitely recommend to other families. I am very happy overall.

Our loved one is safe and that is more important to us. We had a problem with lots of rain coming in my mom's windows and [name removed] was not timely on getting repairs done and absolutely ZERO communication. We are still not sure repairs were made but the flooding has stopped so we assume. She is never available to make a meeting time preferring for us just to catch her in the office which wastes OUR time. So unprofessional. This happens on more minor issues too but this was the final straw in terms of having to get something done. One of the two elevators was broken for a month and she did not even apply for the permit to Naperville till two weeks in, which we checked with city about. Otherwise we are happy with the place.

The staff were great! They were very friendly and outgoing. With the meals they could improve on the variety, our mum is still British at heart and although the meal offerings would be great for the typical American Palate, it was often to heavy for her. However we would definitely recommend the Danbury Brunswick community to other families looking for a place for their loved one

I took my loved one to three facilities, this is the one that she liked best. As for improvements, the third party that they use for health care has a horrible head nurse. Their a la carte prices for additional help are extraordinarily high, but I guess it's like that everywhere. I understand there is a shuttle, but it was shut down during Covid and I don't know if it has been reinstated. One thing I don't like about the floor plan is that the bathroom is not connected to the bedroom. My loved one has to go down a short hall and usually has an accident before she gets there. Overall, I would recommend, but not highly recommend. I do have peace of mind that if something happens, there are two cords, one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom, that my loved one can pull for assistance, and she has used those. When she was going to the dining room, she really really liked the food. Now that it is taken to her, it is usually cold, and because she cannot walk well, she isn't even able to heat it up in the microwave that I bought for her.

The facility is very nice. The common areas are clean, bright and modern. The administrative staff is competent, friendly, easy to access and helpful. The dining room is lovely and the food is good with many choices. Overall the care staff is very good. One problem is that the care staffing is not enough, but that is common at all these senior living places. Overall my parents have had a very good experience at Anthology.

The tour experience at Riley's Grove was really nice, The guy who showed us around had a lot of helpful information and was super friendly. The facility is beautiful but EXTREMELY expensive. It is a "boujee" facility. It may be worth it but just too expensive for what we could afford.

We understand staffing is a huge problem for everyone these days, but no matter what there is always room for improvement. The regular staff that works at StoryPoint are just wonderful, we call them the dream crew. They have that consistency we are looking for. However when they bring in agency workers, it is a different experience and the whole dynamic changes. The most important thing though is all the staff for the most part care, and compared to our loved ones previous community we are paying less but receiving more.

StoryPoint Saline has been a huge set up and improvement from our loved ones previous community. We absolutely love the way the community is set up, her room is set up in a circle with a common area in the middle. We really appreciate how the frequently assess our loved ones care and actually her care is improving so they have decreased our monthly pay. We really like the availability of PT and OT - our loved one was in at an outpatient level previously but now StoryPoint contracts in house which was a huge perk for us and our loved one is now able to walk on her own. The meals could be improved - what was presented to us during our tour in not quite in the ballpark for what our loved one is receiving.

Most of my experience have been okay. Please ask the cooks, to look at the complete order and to read the food order right.

The reason I gave food the very low score is because meals are not served timely. Sometimes mother has waited 45 minutes past mealtime for her meal.

Dad is Doing really well at Provision Living and seems to like it. The staff is very friendly. They always call the residents by name and are very personable. It's a beautiful, brand new facility. I wish admin gave more updates on billing and updates on how he's dong. They've had some staff changeover, but I know they're doing their best to get the right team on board.

We chose StoryPoint Naperville over many others that I looked at because my mother had to go into memory care and I wanted my parents to be together. My father is in independent living and so he is able to go see her everyday so that is great. I go there at least 3-4 times a week and everyone is very friendly and cordial. We have not had any complaints as of so far.

Everyone that works there are wonderful and helpful. If I needed to I would live there. Everything is wonderful except the food. The cook that was there was great but he resigned. Corporate's cook was great. The cook that is there now is bad the quality of the food: horrible, food cold, not what you order, items you order does not come with your order. I know these issues have been addressed but no change!

Gaslight has been great. My mom is still there and has the added care from hospice. Every employee really seems to know my mom. Whether I call or visit in person, whomever I talked to before seeing her, they know exactly what she has been doing. The custodian there is the nicest gentleman ever. [name removed] is kind and caring and always asks what he can do to help.

They have not been cleaning the apartment, but the overall community is clean. My loved one is pretty happy with the food. We picked this community because, it looked like the food was going to be better, the people were very friendly which was important, and the proximity. They could improve on the care services, and the responsivness from the person in charge of the care.
