I'm very happy with Story Point. They seem to be a lot more involved with my mom. It's very nice, clean and very well organized. They seem to have a lot more help than [community removed]. And the girls really seem to care about my mom, plus it was much less expensive than [community removed]. It was a good move.

My favorite thing is the nice girls that help take care of me. The food is good and I like when they cook southern food. I love that I can have my best friend, my cat "Nike," here with me. I wouldn't still be around without him. Also, we have lots of handsome men!

Choosing an assisted living for a parent is an emotional and very important decision a family has to make. The staff is consistently kind and attentive. It's clear many of them genuinely care about the residents. My mom hhas been treated with respect and compassion, which has given our family peace of mind. Communication has been difficult.

My mother has been at previously Provision now Storypoint for over two years. She has received great care. My big disappointment is that there is such a turnover in staff. The residents see them every day and it's always nice to have some continuity in who is taking care of you. It is hard for them to wake up some morning and found out that someone they usually see is gone without a goodbye. Sometimes I feel that the staff that is hired is just trying to fill an obligation of some sort. They really don't care but have to be there. I would love to see more long term staff.
