Outstanding! Like being on a cruise ship without the waves!

Very impressed with the facility and the wonderful people working there. They were very helpful and extended alot of options to my sister-in-law.

Friendly, beautiful place. People looked well and happy. Lots of milling around. Had lunch there--excellent! Owners very enjoyable and helpful--willing to do what they can to answer questions about facility and financing. Obvious concern about people living there and their well-being. Offered to let her stay free of charge for 2-3 days also. One of the nicest features is that she could also stay in one of their locations close to family at no additional cost except for meals. Great benefit!

Beautiful facility with lots of fancy artwork. Very new and modern. Not much resident activity at time there. Apartments did not have stove top.

Overall, very good- a very caring staff from assisted living to the memory unit One of the cleanest places overall- I have a nose like a beagle and was pleasantly surprised with the lack of odors. I always felt the staff genuinely cared. They knew all about my Mom's experiences in life and leaned toward her interests in keeping her interested & busy. Very good care- I got a notice about anything out of the ordinary. They cajoled Mom into taking showers when she didn't want to, collecting her laundry, dressed very nicely...lots of good things Meals/dining - The only downside. Although the main dining area was great when the independent & Assisted living folks could make their own Decisions, in the Memory Care unit- I was not as happy with the treatment at mealtime. The food was often cool and they rarely served butter (she loved butter on her bread). She also loved coffee and that was often a scarcity. I thought they were treated like lesser citizens Excellent activities including art projects, terrific outings, physical fitness, special events- just wonderful! Overall an excellent value for the price!

He likes the apartment, the grounds, the neighbors, the food and the staff. The only negatives were the elevator, refrigerator and toilet trouble which are all being addressed. So far, so good!

I think very highly my sister is here. The food is good.

My sister entered Bayfield with early-onset dementia after a series of strokes. The staff has been very caring and kind. She is well taken care of. Her privacy, medical needs, and personal preferences are given the highest consideration. The food is excellent, with lots of variety. We only wish for a greater variety of activities for residents. Even so, we highly recommend Bayfield Assisted Living as an excellent choice for a relative who needs assistance.

There has been a turnover in staff. They are trying to get staff that they need. I picked this place because it was the best value for the money, it was a brand new facility, a really good location, the rooms are very nice, and they are modern and up-to -date.. The rooms are very spacious, and a good size for the money that is being paid.

I don't know if I could have found another place who does as well. The people here are great and the .5's in my ratings are pertaining to them being unable to get people in, like housekeeping. I understand that that's a problem across the board, but other than that I'm very pleased. Communication is very good; I'll text people, they respond well and they take care of things. Their maintenance has been fabulous, within two days someone is in fixing and taking care of things. I don't have any complaints at all. I would struggle finding another place that does as well for him, listens to me, connects with me, and does what needs to be done. I am very involved and I'm unsure if that makes any difference to people who aren't as involved with their loved ones - but that's just how I am!

Oliver Woods has been nice for [name removed]. She has a nice room and the staff is friendly. Staff turnover seems high, might be the only bad thing we notice. They do quite a few enrichment activities a week and she seems well taken care of. She is very independent, healthy and mobile and keeps them on their toes because she is so active. They are helping us navigate the memory loss and she is adjusting.

Wescourt has a nice atmosphere, I'm well cared for & it's a pleasant place to stay. I have a studio apartment that's spacious with a lot of natural lighting, a kitchenette, and a patio. There's no washer and dryer in my unit, but there is a laundry room in the building. Wescourt offers transportation to appointments and stores & that's included in the monthly price. They could improve a little on the meals. Some of it is the variety and the other is they seem to change the menu. They put out the menu a week in advance so you can look over it; but when you go to dinner they'll often say they didn't get something in and they'll have to substitute it. Just being a human, you anticipate something and when it doesn't come through it can be disappointing. Overall I would recommend Wescourt to others.

My parents were welcomed with open arms. The staff appear to be very receptive to them, despite the fact that my parents can be somewhat demanding and picky. The apartments are great. I feel like my parents are safe there, and I'm not worrying at night. It's been clean every time I've been there to visit. The food has been up and down though. I know they've had some chef turnover and staff turnover in general. But overall, it's a good place.

We chose Devonshire Retirement Village because the staff were friendly and the cleanliness of the overall facility. She has a studio and the size is reasonable for what she needs. The staff do seem to really care about their residents and their well-being. It is expensive but they take good care of her here. I would recommend them to others families looking.

We had a very good tour experience with Grace Haven. Unfortunately the facility was just way too expensive for what we could afford and they also do not take Medicaid waiver.
