We like the care at this community. The staff is caring and friendly. We like that the environment is clean. We were able to speak with the staff about issues of my mom smoking and they were able to work with her. They have certain rules for the residents. The menu is needing a little assistance, but they have excellent choices. The activities are outstanding. I would recommend this community to other families but if extra services are needed you would need to obtain them.

I really like the location and how safe it feels at Three Creeks Senior Living. I like it a lot it is top drawer. My loved one may never settle in, but that is just his disposition. He is used to being the boss. Although, when we take him out to dinner or lunch he is okay going back to Three Creeks. The staff is friendly and caring they listen to my questions and concerns. He likes the music that they have that comes in to entertain. It's a wait and sees how the staff is after we have been here for awhile. I'm hoping they keep up the ratio because they are getting more residents in there. Generally, the food is good, the ratio is good for now. Outdoors they have a putting green, lots of furniture, a fountain and a plant wall. It's all very lovely with white table clothes on the tables every day. I would absolutely today recommend this community to others.

I have worked in many assisted living communities and Story Point is by far the most professional, friendly, top notch communities I have ever seen. The staff is outstanding and the community is completely geared towards the resident’s quality of living.

Great sense ok community, doesn’t cost much. Food is great very good, staff is intelligent helpful humane in extreme levels, very well informed.

The staff is friendly, helpful and well trained. My husband needs a great deal of assistance and the aides here are willing and capable of giving it to him – and always with a smile.

I was pleasantly surprised to be so content and pleased here. I need quite a lot of help and the ladies here give it to me – with little waiting and always cheerfully. And the food is good!

The shuttle bus driver, Gary, is so kind. He helped me so much in the pouring rain, steering around to get me as close to the door as possible. He ended up soaking wet himself. What a nice guy!

I have lived in this home for 1 ½ years. It in run by employees that are very helpful to the residents in every possible. It is so clean, with a beautiful dining room and café for breakfast, the outside is charming – lots of trees, flowers and grass – it makes a great place to take a walk. It deserves A++.

Independence Village really care about their residence and have many activities bus trips and exercise classes to keep the residence mind and body active. They have loving and caring employees that look after the residence and the front desk is awesome, [Removed] knows all the residence and is very friendly and helpful to them.

My wife's uncle lives here. He fell a lot at home before moving in. He started to go to therapy which they have right in the building. He did some in his apartment and some in a therapy room they have next to their nice gym. Even though he still falls, its far less than he did at home. The nice part is we don't have to worry. This place has a free call in system in the morning that he checks in with to ensure he is ok, and he also has pull cords in the bathroom and bedroom so he can get help if needed. Its really nice in this place and my wife and I sleep better at night knowing he is taken care of.

I help occasionally with the lawn care of StoryPoint. I interact with a few residents who ask me to address particular items while I work and they are always super friendly and seem to really care about how tidy everything is on the grounds of the building. I have interacted a few times with various staff members and they seem to really enjoy where they work. Between how clean the grounds are and the happiness I see with the staff I'd say this place is a home run.
