I have been working with [name removed] in transitioning my grandparents to Assisted Living at The Enclave. It has been a painless process and both of my grandparents are excited to call this their new home after living in the same home for the past 50 years. It CAN be a difficult or stressful stage of life but [name removed] has been quick to respond or answer any questions as they come up and help them in their transition. It's nice to work with people who care just as much about your loved ones as you do. Looking forward to many happy years ahead for them!

My mom and dad were residents of the Harbors at Independence Village. The care they got was exceptional. The staff was respectful, attentive to their need and caring. They were also there for my during the traumatic times from moving them there until they passed. I would highly recommend IV to anyone's loved ones.

There is a community of retirees from all parts of the state and country. One can enjoy the activities of a large city that is only few miles away from Ankeny. There is a wonderful staff of wonderful people. It’s a great place to sit back and relax.

I love the maintenance team. If you ask for something to be done in your apartment, it is done by the next day. Everything is cleaned every day in the common areas. The staff has always been welcoming and sometimes they even hug me. I just like living here.

My son and eldest grandson chose this room for me. They looked at many communities and decided I would like this one. At first I arrived in a boot no surgery needed had therapy and am in a chair and they helped all the way. My family and I are extremely happy! Because it's a perfect place to reside.
