We have had my aunt living at Story Point for quite a while now and the staff has been so very kind and caring for her. We have the utmost respect for how they treat her and know that they go above and beyond what any assisted living place would do for someone. They are so in tune to the residents normal habits and daily schedules that they know when someone has forgotten an activity and will attempt to track the resident down. They also have been great with her pet and his normal routine. They actually noticed he was not acting like he usually did when they came into the room yesterday so they alerted us. We were thankful they did, he ended up going straight from the vets office to the emergency room and needed care immediately. Had they not been checking in on her and saw the dogs out of the norm behavior he may not have made it through the night. Thank you to the very observant and caring workers who helped us to make sure the dog got the care he needed. Can not say enough about the people at Story Point and how they have treated my aunt.

My 96 year old Dad has been at Provision for 2 months. During the past 2 months he has been well cared for and is participating in many activities. (Check out the list of activities, they are geared for adults, not a revisit of things we did in day camp.) He really enjoys the restaurant style dinning and the freedom to go for meals when he chooses. The food is good, much to his doctor's and my delight he has gained 10 pounds. The staff is the friendliest and most caring I have seen any where. Their electronic monitoring is truly amazing, when you tour the facility make sure to check it out. The electronic monitoring even works while he is sleeping. Since Dad has been at Provision, I am sleeping better not having to worry about how he is doing.

We moved into StoryPoint from another facility. I cannot say enough good things about StoryPoint. The Executive Director and the Director of the various departments are concerned for each resident's welfare. They are caring and help solve any problems without delay. The food is five star and the chef and servers pay attention to the needs of each resident. There are many activities each day and each Director wants to do things the residents prefer. If you are considering a senior community this is the ONE! Looking forward to seeing you here with us.

My husband and I moved in to this community [date removed]. The Community Specialist was so well informed and helpful in placing us. The staff is always so accommodating - never too busy to answer questions or fulfill needs. The people are so friendly. There are many activities planned to choose from. Privacy is respected. I would recommend this for singles or couples.
