MY LOVE ARRIVED JUST IN TIME TO BE QUARANTINED BY COVID-19. SHE HAS SOME SPECIAL NEEDS AND FROM THE TIME SHE ARRIVED THE ADMISSIONS PEOPLE, NURSING STAFF AND AIDES HAVE ALL GONE OUT OF THEIR WAY TO BE ACCOMODATING AND SUPPORTIVE. WE ARE QUITE IMPRESSED AND VERY HAPPY.

We share stores and concerns about our families. Someone is always available to help us, too. Like I push the wrong key on my computer and it went black, not long someone was here and had the computer up and going again.

I have been impressed with their care. It always smells good when I go there. Staff is good at communicating with us. I like the layout, it is in a giant circle so they can’t get lost. It is all on one level. My dad is in a companion suite but he does not have a roommate. When it is not under quarantine they are usually all in the common areas with the caregivers.

Last April I arrived at StoryPoint. It was a huge decision to leave my tree livid home and neighbors. My decision was based on moving closer to my daughters. Both live in Valparaiso. I am happy with my decision. The staff is awesome. I have my independence and I'm able to see my family much more.

We've been here a short time (2 months) and find the employees congenial at all times. Any question - they are glad to help - always courteous. The food is great - only too much. It could feed a lumberjack!! The activities were better before the quarantine, but the people try hard to please us. We toured other facilities but like StoryPoint the best!

I have lived here sing the opening in [date removed]. It is like resort living. The place is beautiful, the food is good. My friends and family love to visit the staff are like caring family members and the welcome visitors, also as if they were family. We have lots of activities daily exercise, bingo, BBQs, happy hours, karaoke, (and guest entertainers when not resited to social distancing).
