This is a wonderful facility. I have been here for 8 years.

I would recommend Ponder Creek. It is clean. They are a secure community. The staff is friendly. They can even take someone with a caregiver. The food is okay, they need a better menu. They have different floor plans. The rooms are a good size. They have an outdoor walking trail and outdoor space for residents. They have parking and they offer bus service to shopping and doctor visits. It is a nice community.

It is a nice place. My mom have a very spacious unit overlooking the courtyard. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The maintenance is good. My mom likes the food. They have a courtyard and patio for residents to use. They have done very well with the Covid -19.

My first impression of this facility (my 'new' home) was the cleanliness of it and that it was well lit up which made it seem "homey and cheerful." I found the staff is really great - always pleasant and cheerful and ready to help with anything and everything. Their impression stayed with me as I am here for almost a year! I found many facilities. This seem the best for me. It is best for me. Love it!!

It is a very well run community. This our first stay in Senior Living. It is a busy place, a lot of traffice coming and going. Housekeeping comes in daily it could cut back to three times week. The food is delicous. They have a lot of outdoor space for residents. Apartments are huge. They are very accomidating.

The units are small for the price. It is very nice upscale community. The management staff are helpful. The care staff and housekeeping staff are not good. The cooking staff is good. The food is very good. There is not much outdoor space. The other residents are nice. Microwaves are under the counters and hard to use.

I love this place. [Name removed] is great. She really cares for us, keeps us safe from virus, and works very hard to find to find things to keep us occupied and entertained while we are quarantined in our rooms. She also isn't afraid to love us and tell us so. That's nice! [Name removed] is very nice and fun. She also is a great singer and should go on The Voice. This is like a real home to me.

I think it is a great place to live. The caregivers are pleasant and very helpful. Love all the activities. Hope I can continue to live here for a long time.

Great caring staff that provides quality care. They are very responsive. Lots of activities and 1 on 1 in Memory care. Due to their early and consistent actions no one has contracted the Corona Virus. Beautiful facility with nice spacious rooms and community areas.

A lot of reviews I have seen for the Hearth have been good, but a lot have been negative. I want to put out there that this building has gone through a lot of positive changes since most negative reviews posted from 2018-2019. They have a new Director of Nursing who is a very hard worker. She is caring and honest to the residents, resident families, and she treats her staff with respect. They also have a new Executive Director who is very experienced in Assisted Living, and has turned this place into a five star facility. Lastly, the way this building has dealt with COVID and the pandemic has been incredible. The DON has been consistent with her nurses and staff to make sure everyone is doing their part to keep others safe and healthy. Temps and oxygen are checked twice a day, they have an isolation wing in case anyone gets sick, and they know the steps to take.

The staff are very caring and care about the residents in the community. There are plenty of activities offered to occupy the residents and give them things to do. The food was very good, but then the management changed, and the food started being served cold. We chose this community because it was close to home and convenient. The people who live there are very happy.
