It is my home, very content here. Staff is great and all my needs are met.

My mom lives at StoryPoint. So I have attended brunches and some events in the past. All were delightful and well attended. Food was delicious! This year has been challenging with all the social distancing but StoryPoint has been creative and very kind trying to help their guests to feel connected and still have activities even if just brought to their room. My mom loves to play games so that is one of her favorite things to do. I think she has made great friendships at the game tables. [name removed] the admin is so helpful with any concerns or questions. I just call or text if my mom shares an issue. Issues like food or expenses or meds. We find solutions that work for her. Mom really enjoys the front desk lady. She calls her everyday or mom calls her to connect and she informs her on the days events. The hair salon has done a nice job giving mom perms when she needs one. Plus she enjoyed her stylist. Her favorite activity is supper. Seeing everyone and talking. The chef does a lovely job with outstanding presentation and unique meals. If mom has a food challenge she writes a note on her order and he always addresses her concern. Her apartment is at the front of the building because she enjoys watching the activity. Her apartment is very cute and well designed for space efficiency. It’s also close to elevator so very convenient when she has movement issues. She loves that the maintenance man can help fix or hang decor and keeps her apartment in order. I love the design of StoryPoint and how warm and welcoming it is. A very homey yet spacious building. The restaurant areas are enjoyable and the staff is very friendly . StoryPoint has been an excellent value in my moms life providing the added specialness of van travel for groceries or dr appointments, new friendships, and a staff that truly care. I think they do a fabulous job at covering all aspects of senior care.

From the son of a resident, StoryPoint Union is the home my mother chose for this stage of her life. At 92 years young, she lost her husband earlier this year. Following that, this horrible Covid virus trapped her in the house that she had shared with him. Isolated and lonely, it’s certainly not the life one would hope for. StoryPoint Union had been under development for many months. In June of 2020 it opened to us. We all looked forward to it but didn’t realize how big the benefit of this facility and the wonderful people that support the residents there would be. It’s been a joy to see my mother find new friendships there as well as recount wonderful stories of the interactions she has with the staff. It really has been a wonderful new chapter for my mother and our family. A final point, we also appreciate the efforts the management and staff have taken to protect our relatives from the ravages of the Corona virus while still finding ways to keep her connected to our family. Good isolation and sanitizing protocols have been very effective and a comfort to all of us in the family. As everyone now knows, the elderly are most at risk from Covid-19 and it is nice to see this is a safe place for her to live in this new world. Thank you to everyone that has made this amazing facility possible.

I'm the oldest guy here. I'm 102 and a half. Everybody is so nice and calls me by name. I have good friends and enjoy sitting outside.

The staff here is truly amazing. Every staff member knows the residents and gives them all the attention they neec. Since my Dad moved into Provision I have slept better knowing he is looked after by caring people and amazing technology. During these terrible Covid times Provision is doing their best to keep every one safe while keeping the residents engaged with the comminity both inside and outside of the facility.

The people are nice. We are considered. Like everything about this plalce. Helpful.

This is a very nice place to live. All of the staff are very friendly, helpful, and accomodating. The very first person I met was [name removed]. I feel free to talk to her about anything. Any problems, concerns, or questions are resolved in minutes. Yes, I said minutes. She is a nice and very easy person to talk to. Any concerns/problems are taken care of immediately by her or the other staff.

The residents and staff are kind, go the extra mils to ensure safety. I could not have chosen a better place to live.

I’d been exploring the idea of senior living accommodations and visiting a few of them. I was very impressed with StoryPoint In Middletown. Their location was convenient but private. The staff were especially warm and friendly especially [names removed]. You get a warm family feeling from this new facility. I liked everything about it. It just felt good and I will certainly consider it in my consideration

Let me start by saying I am not someone easily impressed and I have a somewhat jaundiced eye when it comes to promises made by sales people. That being said, I have been blown away by The people and the facility here at StoryPoint. The people working here have made me feel like family and there is genuine care for the well-being of the residents. The food is GREAT and the facilities are beautiful and brand new. I can heartily endorse this facility for anyone considering a home for seniors.

As a resident who moved to StoryPoint a week before COVID-19 cased a "shutdown" thoughts of concern as to how settling into a new home would go. No need to worry! The staff, the ENTIRE staff, rose to the occasion and have made this HOME for all of us. Their genuine care is exemplary!! From food to fun, all is 5 STAR!

We love our new home! It is beautiful, comfortable, and exquisitely maintained! The staff is filled with personable, outgoing, genuine caregivers. We have made new friends, enjoyed delicious meals, and had fun attending the many activities offered!

I have lived in StoryPoint Chesterfield for a little over a year. To begin with, the facility is beautiful and very well maintained. The health staff is concerned and well trained. Alert to any problem a resident might have. We live in the time of COVID, we followed those dictates for months... but all are safe! The staff has worked hard to have entertainment for residents... food is with variety and pleasant.
