In addition, the “follow through” means a great deal, and [name removed] has been great. The location as well as the atmosphere at Carmel Senior Living are intriguing. An inviting place to call “home” is a major plus.

The executive director is very negotiable and friendly to all. And docs are outstanding and do a good job keeping us updated and informed. All the help is very pleasant and also very nice, with respect made. Makes us feel friendly and welcome here. Food since the pandemic has not been up to par. Needs new chef.

The staff and employees at IV Midland are doing a superb job at maintaining the safety and comfort of the residents.

To date our experience at Three Creeks Senior Living has beaten expectations across the board. The facility itself is state of the art and well maintained. But the biggest bonus to living at Three Creeks has been the staff. From the director of the facility, to the salesperson, to the in house physical Therapy, visiting nurse practitioner, concierge, culinary, activities, cleaners. Everyone I’ve encountered is professional, compassionate, and committed to the people that reside here. It feels like family, I would recommend it to all.

Very happy with facility. Everyone is so caring and kind. Staff goes the extra mile to engage the residents. The cleaning staff does an excellent job. Everything is always clean and tidy.

I visited Story Point, Grove City and was very impressed from the moment I pulled up. It was beautifully landscaped and the inside was clean, nicely decorated and everyone that I came in contact with was extremely pleasant from the front desk, kitchen staff and management.

Amazing place inside and out. Professional caring staff who understand the challenges of caring for Seniors. Staff appear to work well with employees which shows in how everyone seems to be happy in the work they do. The facility is clean and well decorated. They assure that the decor reflects seasonal changes and holiday themes. This place is warm and feels like home.

My mom, now age 90, moved to the independent living part of the senior facility two years ago. She was mostly needing more social interaction and transportation to church and volunteer work when she moved from her condo to the senior apartment at IV. The communal dinner and multiple daily activities, plus the available transportation filled this need for well over two years then came Covid. The facility management did a great job protecting mom from exposure to Covid-19 but with eh removal of communal dining and reduction in activities, plus a worsening of dementia it became obvious that mom needed more interaction and structure. Since the family could not visit face to face during this time, administration then helped us prepare for and then finally do more to an available apartment in assisted living where there is more structure, activity, and staff presence. Mom does not need many traditional assisted living services, but the staff just nailed it in terms of what mom really needed to have each day to be the best day she can have. It's good to see mom being more herself and enjoying being apart of the smaller, more intimate Assisted Living community. We are so glad that the staff and leadership team brings an enthusiasm for caring and great communication skills to work with them every day.

The staff is amazing, so caring. Everyone helped my dad move in over a weekend. I live out of state, planning on visiting soon as COVID allows. My father feels safe and is well cared for. Thank you!

I was very impressed with the layout, the service and the food was very awesome. The staff was very hospitable. It was very neat and clean, both inside and outside. I can see myself living there.

[Name removed] does a great job cleaning my apt. It always smells so good after she finishes. She is very friendly. always a "joy" to be around.

We have been treated with respect from every department. Opportunities for service exist and are a good way to meet other residents. Good area to walk safely outside as well as use the fitness area inside. Efficient and friendly housekeeping, maintenance, reception, activity staffs.

[Name removed] cleans my apt. and does a thorough job and I love her. [Name removed] has done very many good things for my room.
