[Name removed] met my husband & I at the door. Then we were taken to the conference room where we met [name removed]. It felt less like a consultation and more like friends listening. Both [name removed] and [name removed] hear us They understood that we are approaching the care of my Mother-in-Law from different perspectives. Then [name removed] proved - via the tour - that she gets us. She laid out the specifics of the facility for my husband to address physical health. Then she shared the breadth of programming to feed my Mom-in-Law's mental health (which is important to me). Also, I noticed how [name removed] addressed residents by and seem genuinely interested and connected to them. I so hope my Mom-in-Law will pass the physical requirements to allow here to live here!

StoryPiont Troy is a place where "everyone knows your name." Not just residents--but family members as well. Lots of activities, field trips, transportation, good food, beautiful environment--what's not to like? I have been in many senior living facilities and none compare with StoryPoint

It all starts at the top. I think the administrator is excellent! I see her in both the buildings and she is always willing and able to help. She is kind and has been great to work with. My mom lives in the memory care. The staff are very kind to my family and my mom.

LOVE THIS PLACE. Number one choice! The thing that stands out to me the most is the positive energy I see! Those young ladies are great. We love them.

Danbury in Cuyahoga Falls has stepped their game up! I am so happy to see all the positive things happening here. I have total confidence in the team there that my mom is getting the best care. Thank you so much god bless you all

Events: Nice decorations, fun music, enjoyed beer and mixed drink, good company - other residents and staff, 2 hours was plenty long enough, good buffet - enjoyed the food, good music - enjoyed selection

Everybody is so nice, kind and considerate. They do things that weren't even asked for, out of the goodness of their hearts.

Wonderful community. Loving workers. Great food. Tons of events to attend. My grandmother was very happy living here. The flowers are beautiful.

This is a wonderful place! Everyone is so nice! They take excellent care of my 98 year old father! He told me he is so happy to be there!

Very nice and the staff are great people. I even met someone who works there who had gone to my Church. Overall beautiful room and grounds. They gave us an excellent tour of the area also.

Just moved my mom in a few days ago and am so pleased with my decision. My mom moved from a facility in Rockford, Il and it was horrible, coming from that environment to the Enclave is like going from the Budget Inn to a 5 star resort!!! Not only is the facility beautiful and new, the food is amazing. The best part is the staff they go above and beyond to make everything perfect . We met about 15 different staff members in about 2 days and everyone was professional, kind, and caring. My sister and I are very picky and are very much micromanagers when it comes to our mom’s care. When we left her at The Enclave we knew she was in great hand which is such a relief. I want to give a special thank you to [name removed] for all of her help. She made the transition simple and put up with my multiple phone calls and visits , to try and make things perfect for mom. If you are looking around ,come here first and you won’t need to shop around because this facility is perfect and feels like home. FYI, my mom is on the assisted living area and has moderate cognitive issues.

Very nice community situated in a lovely area. [Name removed] gave me a great tour and answered all my questions. Staff very friendly and welcoming! Nice apartment with several size choices. Great visit!

I was very favorably impressed by my tour and dealing with the staff. The physical facility is about 2 years old and in great shape.
