I cannot thank the staff (family) enough at StoryPoint for all the care, kindness and laughs that they shared with my mom while she lived at the community. None of the staff made their jobs feel like a burden. To the chef, thank you for all the wonderful meals and to all the friends mom made - thank you. Mom loved her time at StoryPoint. This is one special community of people.

It’s so nice to see all the events and activities they have in this facility. Our kids had a great time visiting their great grandma during the Grandparents Day Fall Family Fall Fest!

I am an entertainer and have performed at StoryPoint Grove City on a regular basis since it opened. I have always found the staff to be friendly and courteous.

It is a really nice place and it is clean. I have no complaints about it so far. I would recommend the community for your loved ones. The care services are provided by an outsourced company that is on site.

I started doing therapy music for the for the folks at story Point years ago and each time I go there they seemed really appreciate what I'm doing and I think I think this is due to their attitude which is due to their treatment and it might my visit is there are only an hour and a half yet I I get a feeling of that I'm welcome and I get a feeling that the profession was there like to have individuals like me to come in and try to raise the spirits of those there and relive some of the old music and I frankly and fortunate to be able to see the inside of of these facilities in an informal Manner and it leaves me with a very positive feeling about story point

The residents are such wonderful people and the staff does an amazing job taking care of them. Everyone is so engaging and I am always so excited to visit each month.

I play keyboard and always seem to have residents joining me in singing our lungs out. The setting at Story point is perfect for me....and the residents..... who join in on old-time favorite tunes, gospel favorites, and always, including God Bless America. The hour we spend together goes by so quickly....leaving us wanting more.

Glen Abbey is a great community. My mom has lived there for over [date removed] and we could not be more pleased. The staff is very caring and we always know that our mom is being loved and cared for by the best team. We wouldn't have her any other place.

Go visit and go do it. My loved one was very hesitant about moving and started with a short lease and is now ready to sell her house and stay. My loved one feels that she would not be as active at home and the community has helped her become a whole different person.

I provide keyboard entertainment which always inspires those in the audience to sing-a-long. We sing together old-time favorites, gospel favorites, and always include God Bless America. We sing, laugh, and don't want the hour together to go so quickly.

very nice, everyone is accommodating and friendly. It is very clean. I love the activities it is a great place to be.

Bright, open common areas are an excellent feature, especially for seniors. We looked at a couple different sized apartments, the large one on the third floor was especially nice. It had a walk-out balcony that overlooked the interstate and pond. Two large bathrooms, spacious living area and each apartment comes with their own stackable washer and dryer? Great! Third floor was quiet and peaceful (as was the whole community). The staff were very friendly and courteous to my visit. Residents seemed happy. I didn't get a chance to see the meals but I am sure they are great. I am very impressed.

My mother went in to the Sheridan the day before the assisted living places closed for coronavirus. It was a difficult year for everyone. The management is doing a good job keeping the residents safe. I think most if not all residents are vaccinated and they are still being tested regularly. Mom has exercise class every morning and there are different fun activities in the afternoon. They have live entertainment, and a happy hour of some type about once a week. The food is great and enjoys all her choices. It is possible to do as much or little as you want. The other residents are friendly as well. My Dad was in the memory care unit for a few months before he died(he was 93). They were hard working and very kind to my parents. Anyway, My Mom would recommend the Sheridan and so do I!

The process of moving my mom in and getting her transitioned to assisted living after being on her own for so long was outstanding. She received the perfect amount of attention and service, yet autonomy to grow herself in her new home. She loves the staff and her new resident friends. The engagement of my mom with the activities and social aspects has been a perfect balance for her... and she is enjoying her days. While my family was looking for safety for her, we found that... and happiness, which was the ultimate goal!
