A great place for my Dad.
I have been impressed with their care. It always smells good when I go there. Staff is good at communicating with us. I like the layout, it is in a giant circle so they can’t get lost. It is all on one level. My dad is in a companion suite but he does not have a roommate. When it is not under quarantine they are usually all in the common areas with the caregivers.

I have lived here sing the opening in [date removed]. It is like resort living. The place is beautiful, the food is good. My friends and family love to visit the staff are like caring family members and the welcome visitors, also as if they were family. I would like to see a better ratio of caregiver to resident. The staff and especially the executive staff are fabulous. They eased our worries and they were wonderful to work with.My father in law was in a companion/ shared suite and I did not like that layout. There was not much privacy with that floor plan. Wonderful!
This was our choice for Dad out of several in the area. He is in the independent living area. It has been a great place for him, and the staff there have really made him feel at home, and very cared for. The staff has been great during the covid-19 crisis, and very attentive and on top of keeping the residents safe. Every time I have been there, the facility is very clean and never have I noticed a bad smell at all. The maintenance team are very quick to respond to anything that needs done. I also appreciate that when I have questions, I can always find someone willing to help me find answers. Kindness seems to be a job requirement for staff there! I have zero complaints. I would highly recommend Story Point Grove City for your loved ones!
