Storypoint is a very friendly place gathering places include outdoor seating both in the front and back of the property. A nice feature is that each apartment has its own washer and dryer. Some of the activities include outdoor gardening and a book club. There is also a beauty shop in the building.

Hospitality is great. Food is good. I love the new friends, activities (lots of activities).

Very happy living here for my retirement. Food could be better!

We are very pleased with this facility. The staff does a great job caring for my father and [name removed] is exceptional! She goes out of her way to do nice things for all of the residents and encourages my father to participate in activities. We are so thankful for her!

After finding out my father-in-law was very ill we knew we need to move mom and dad into someplace near us and after many tours in area with one step into Story Point we knew this was somewhere we would want to be. The staff is amazing. The facility is bright, fresh smelling, friendly and mom and dad are flourishing in the community! God bless you all!!

My father was well cared for and loved by the Independent Village Staff. They did a phenomenal job navigating through the Covid-19 pandemic. Always friendly and helpful. Never once did I notice anything that would have given me pause regarding this facility or staff. My father felt comfortable here and well cared for. I am certain there are more expensive and "glamourous" facilities but at the end of the day this was a good fit for my dad. My father also liked all of his resident neighbors. My fathers only occasional complaint was the food but you can't please everyone all the time. As a family we made the right choice and I would recommend Independence Village of Plymouth!

I love the community and amenities. I'm concerned with the independent living; as I thought that the staff would help the residents more. This independent living is truly independent living and the staff leave these residents alone. If you want someone to check on your loved one you must hire outside help. .

This was a good community, but there was lack of communicate after the tour.

This is an excellent place. They are very friendly. The staff are able to give you the information you need about your loved one. It can be on the expensive side; however, you get what you pay for in a community.

Everyone has been very friendly so far and they do seem to have a great variety of activities for the residents. We chose this community because it seemed like they gave more care for the money and assisted living was just twice as expensive.

I'm pretty happy with them so far. They've been very attentive and very helpful. And everything I've asked for they've done.

It's been a great experience. I think it's a great option for senior living. They were amazingly accommodating on how quickly they got us moved in. Touring and signing all happened in a matter of a couple of days, and they really came through for us. The general day to day common spaces are very clean. Since we moved in very last minute and the apartment had been vacant for a couple of months, there were quite a few cobwebs and dead bugs and some stains on the toilet seat. But they got right on it for us, and things have been good since. And we appreciate that they were able to accommodate that quick move-in turnaround for us. My parents have been pleasantly surprised with the food. The manager and admissions were all extremely friendly, helpful, and compassionate. The daily staff are always friendly, happy, and smiley. And the residents seem to have a good time there. The floor plans are all very decent. They have plenty of space to live in and make it your own. I can easily understand why people would want to live there for a long time.
