Presentation was excellent , professional, and thorough. I admired the connection {name removed} had with residents. The energy and friendliness was quite apparent. We feel {name removed} took the time to fully cover all areas of the facility never feeling rushed. {name removed} is a bright star in the community specialist role. Something much needed in a retirement community. I have been involved with retirement communities in Lake County, IL for 10 years and feel Story Point Libertyville is at the top. I found the facility to be warm and comfortable. The community was clean and bright. The apartments were spacious with good layouts. The availability of several elevators is very important. Another key factor is washer/dryer in each apt. I also liked the sunny sitting areas on each floor.

I moved here from Florida and like it here, it is my second home now. My 3 children live near by and can come often.

This is my second year and there is much improvement with the new management. Improvement in the environment and administration. Overall the activities wed are doing are very pleasant and very enriching.

Story point is now my home and I am very happy here. The staff here is so helpful and professional. I am particularly happy with the dining room and the delicious meals that we are so lucky to have every day. Our very special executive chef , [name removed], and his staff prep are award-winning meals for us to enjoy on a daily basis. Story Point hosted a dinner event for the Mayor of Libertyville. [name removed] dining staff prepared and served a delicious array of succulent hors doeuvres we all enjoyed. What a treat!! yum!! yum!! I am really pleased with my wonderful caregivers who are with me every day. I love them all, in fact, [name removed] is like my daughter. She is truly beautiful inside and out. I love my life here at StoryPoint and I will highly recommend this beautiful senior living community home to everyone I meet!! I am so proud of all the amazing staff and beautiful home they have made for me!! Thank God for this wonderful living facility.

Like the way they treat people here. They really try to deal with any short comings that may occur. Do a good job dealing with issues. Food improvement is noticeable. Takes the time to help residents understand issues that may arise. Do a good job keeping everyone happy.

I find the food very delicious. My only request is to make sugar free deserts.

StoryPoint Prospect is a fantastic senior living community! They are one of the best in town. StoryPoint hosts wonderful events for their residents with a calendar full of tons of activities. They have staff that are really invested and that truly care. I highly recommend StoryPoint!

They've met our needs when we needed it. As my loved one's dementia journey is coming to an end, they seem to be able to meet all of the things we need them to do. They do a good job at handling the advanced stages of dementia. The rooms seem to be set up effectively. They have a monitoring system to keep track of the patients, and there's always plenty of staff around to help. The food is wonderful as well.

They have a great caring staff and give their all in helping us in many hours and time. They all deserve much credit for us being ask to live here. I have lived since April 1918 and feel at home. Lovely accommodations, food, help etc with health care also and many activities and hair salon.

Staff, Leadership, other residents all work as a team to be responsive to specific needs of EVERY resident. Residents thrive in this environment, many improve when they make Riley Grove their home. The staff work very hard to engage the residents into daily activities. Riley Grove is a friendly, clean, caring place to live and it is very common that residents improve in their function and quality of life when deciding to take advantage of all that Riley Grove has to offer. I highly recommend Riley Grove!!

My Mother entered Oliver Woods in January 2020. My Mother was welcomed and embraced with compassion, love & professionalism. I consider that ALL my Mother's needs (mind, body & spirit) are met with a high level of competence, discernment and compassionate concern. She now feels like a valued part of a loving community that embraces everyone with dignity and respect. My Mother's family members also feel like an important part of both my Mother's care and her Oliver Woods Community. I am extremely impressed with how the surrounding community contributes to the many creative & meaningful activities that are offered to the residents. My Mother enjoys all of the activities she takes part in. Her weeks are busy! My Mother entered Oliver Woods knowing hardly anyone there. She now has meaningful friendships with fellow residents. She enjoys the relationships she has developed. I am very grateful to her Oliver Woods community that has become to feel like my Mother's new home.

Great place to have your loved one. Always have a wonderful staff to help any resident. Residents are always taken care of and would recommend this place to many people.

I love Stonegate! I think the life Enrichment Director does a good, good job!

I highly recommend Hathaway Hills community to anyone looking to place their loved one in assisted living. The staff there is always going above & beyond to provide exceptional care to their residents.

The hardest decision in my life was finding an Assisted Living home for my Mom. We are very pleased with Arbor Grove Assisted living. It is a Christian based community. Love the religious songs they play and a prayer before meals. The staff is like family. Very caring and anxious to help in any way. The activities director is wonderful and plans activities for all to participate in. The chief is great. Along with good food, he calls the residents by name and makes the families feel important. Everyone is wonderful. As soon as you walk in the door staff is welcoming you and making you feel right at home. . I know we made the right decision. I know Mom is well taken care of.

I’m very familiar with all senior living communities in greater Louisville and I believe StoryPoint Prospect deserves the 5 star rating. Congratulations to the staff and the benefitting residents. Keep up the great service.

We are blessed to have a community that has surrounded our family and mother with so much warmth ,kindness and understanding as we transition my mother to assisted living. The staff took extra care to help my mother acclimate with others and her new community . White lake has many comfortable and beautiful common areas for residents and families to enjoy . The private walking path and outdoor sitting and gazebo are a great compliment.
