Almost 100% of the people who work here care. It is more than just a job to make money. The staff is very responsive and attentive. I really enjoy all the staff even the kitchen. I truly enjoy it. I cant give Riley's Grove enough praise.

Staff and residents are friendly and helpful. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and part of the community. My mom's caregiver (who has worked at other facilities) was really surprised at how helpful all the staff was. From the dining room staff to the maintenance department, everyone knew their job and did it well.

I was impressed that staff were visable througout the tour. I bumped in to two caregivers whom I worked with at another community. Excellent caregivers! I was introduced to the Activity Director who is known in the community for specialiing in memory care therapuetic recreation programming. This community had a good feel. It was obvious staff were happy in their positions.
