The reason the overall value gets 4 stars is because It is very expensive and while the staff is great they are slow to respond to requests for service. I think maybe they are understaffed so you have to make repeated requests and give reminders. They eventually follow though. No harm no foul. But for the cost, I expect them to be on top of things.

The staff is wonderful and very caring and attentive. They are also eating much healthier and rave about the food. They have adjusted well and made several friends. I and my parents couldn’t be happier with our choice!

I have been a resident for 9 years and have really loved every moment. Out of a very dark place - into the light! The transition from wife to widow was made so much easier by a staff that genuinely cares. The building is spotless, activities are abundant, and management is exceptional.

My father was a resident for 1.5yrs until his recent passing. It was a difficult decision, but Riley's Grove provided better care than I could have. We were greeted by management & staff from the first day and everyday following his admission. They were always checking on him, asking about his day. Whether your loved one is an introvert or extrovert, they will be treated like family. Dad was comfortable and Riley's Grove and I knew he was well taken care of. Staff was always proactive and reached out if they had concerns.
