I love it here, but it has changed in the last few months.

Holiday Creekside at Shallowford was a LOVELY place. They did some pretty cool things, like bringing in animals from the Chattanooga Zoo to present to the residents. I would have killed to have my loved one there, but she didn't want to be in Tennessee.

What stands out to me about this facility is the friendliness of staff, very nice large apartments, and it's very clean. They do offer activities. I would definitely recommend them. Just make sure it's clear what level of services your family member is going to need up front so they can give you a good estimate. Their costs seem to be very reasonable however the third party nursing care service fee turned out to be double what the facility marketing manager quoted us.

My husband had Alzheimer's so he was in Memory Care. I think the distinguishing feature of Gaslight starts with their attitudes towards their residents. They were always kind, as you would expect, but they were also cheery, which I know you don't get everywhere. I never worried that he was not well cared for. I know that my husband felt loved and appreciated. It went well beyond basic care. He had fun with the aides even when he could no longer participate in the many, fun activities that were offered. I feel blessed to have found Gaslight Village.

My Dad has lived at Storypoint for almost 3 years. In that time we have become very close to the residents, as well as, the employees. It is hard to express in words how life giving everyone has been. From our very first visit our entire family has felt welcomed & appreciated. There is an extraordinary aura in this community that can be wrapped up in two words- authentic compassion. I have had experience in multiple senior living communities. Storypoint Union exceeds them in absolutely every possible way. There is a commitment to excellence that is stressed & delivered.

They have all been wonderful. My loved one seems to like the food. They do a lot of things for the residents, and it's a wonderful community.

Our family had an in person tour and we absolutely loved this community we thought it was so beautiful, but the style of the facility was just not going to work for our loved one. However we absolutely loved it

Storypoint Union is like a second home to our family. The accomodations are beautiful, the cuisine first class and the entertainment fun for all chapters in life! But the very best part that we value is the people. The staff is so dedicated and professional yet personal at the same time. We get weekly updates from the Executive Director and can see photos on social media. Love, dignity and joy served daily! We are so grateful.

Danbury in Massillon is a very nice and well organized community [name removed], who helped us out was very helpful throughout this whole process. They help you through step one until you the end.

Our loved one was only there for a month and during his stay the staff were very very nice. The community was always clean, the staff were helpful, genuinely caring, compassionate and such. It was a wonderful facility and we would highly recommend HarborChase to families looking for a place for their loved ones. They not only were concentered for our loved one but for the families as well. Our only thing is that they said our loved one wouldn't have to move anywhere else, but they had a fall and when they came back from the hospital they weren't able to take him and he had to be moved. However we did have to pay that next months rent and they reimbursed us for everything except one day - they were very willing to work with us and were so kind.

It has been good living here at Inn At Cass Lake. It's very comfortable and clean.

Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I feel very safe here. The food is great!

I toured the community and learned allot about independent living and all it offers. I was surprised with all of the enrichment activities and the great selection from the culinary team

the bus services have been extremely helpful to me. The staff is always friendly and I feel comfortable here
