I find the administrator and department heads are very approachable and open to listening to our ideas and concerns. The caregivers are friendly, firm, and efficient. The kitchen the food is tasty and varied. Maintenance is good, but cleaning is somehow lacking. I am concerned that the caregivers are working 12 hour shifts. I fear burnout.
