My experience with the Activity Staff is absolutely wonderful! They plan the fullest and most diverse array of activities for their residents on a daily basis. They plan MORE than enough fun and memory-provoking activities that each resident has TOO many choices. The staff not only plan and make sure residents get to their favorite activity, but they participate!! They are all in and truly love their residents and their quality of life is their priority!

This place has exceeded all of my expectations! From the moment we walked in, we instantly felt at home! [name removed] at the front desk is so welcoming and friendly. Everyone I come across in the community is so happy and willing to help with anything. What's even better is that they have caregivers on-site so our parents have the ability to age in place, which was a concern for us at first. Jody, the Laurus director does a great job with her team there. The culinary team is absolutely stunning! The food is incredible as we were blown away by the Easter brunch buffet. You will never be disappointed moving your loved one here!

My family and loved one had a great experience with the community. The staff are kind and caring. Everyone is friendly. There are wonderful activities to assist with socialization of the residents, and the volunteers that help provide these are great. We would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

We have to rate the StoryPoint Pickerington Facility a 5 star for each category. The dining group deserves 5+ stars - they have gone above and beyond to assist our brother during his process of recovery from knee replacement. The staff as well deserves 5+ stars because they have all been helpful and very pleasant since his first day at the Facility. Based on our experience with far with this community, we would absolutely recommend the community to other families.

We have been super pleased with Dominion Senior Living. The staff is great and he especially likes the physical therapy group. My Dad has thrived in the community. He even participates in the activities. I feel good leaving and knowing he is well cared for. He resides in other locations in IN and they were a nightmare. I cried seeing him in there.

The maintenance team member could follow through in a quicker manner, and make sure it is done to the liking of the family and resident. [name removed] with CousaCare is amazing! CoursaCare is a care company that contracts to take care of the residents that families can hire outside. Everyone here is friendly and the residents seem very happy. The food is amazing! There are activities to engaged the residents to socialize.

My wife had been in another facility in another town. She wouldn't socialize and just stayed in her room. My daughter and I toured Briarwood and were immediately impressed with the staff and the facility. She now is out and about, socializing eating with the other residents and just seems happy. Our family is happy that she's happy.

Very happy with Anthology of Farmington Hills - some things are scattered (not everyone is on the same page from time to time). The staff are WONDERFUL. Housekeeping is one of the things where not everyone is on the same page. We were told full laundry service - reality is just beds (no towels or clothes). All of the residents like the meals. Communication with the family is pretty good. When something DOES happen there are calls from 6 or 7 different people, however until something happens no one told me what was going on that lead to the issue in the first place. Overall - I think mom is in very good hands there. I would highly recommend this facility to others.

My mother is currently a resident at Danbury North Canton and everything is great at this facility! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Sales Manager is perfect for this position, she is super kind and helpful! The meals are good quality and taste great! I would definitely recommend Danbury North Canton to friends and family!

We picked this community, because my mom had friends there who loved it. Mom is thriving.We love your place so much. Everyone is so kind and helpful. The culture of your place is wonderful. Not all homes are like yours and we are so happy she is there. It's a fantastic place and couldn't be better. The chef you have at your facility is fantastic! Everything he makes and serves is delicious, thoughtful and nourishing for the age of your people. I know there are more expensive facilities around you, we did look at them, but the culture and feel of your lovely small place can't be matched. I am sure a lot has to do with your wonderful staff and also having lovely people living there, it makes a huge difference.

Mom has lived at Story Point Waterville since they opened in 2018. She has her privacy and independence but all the benefits of living in a senior community. Staff is awesome and the buildings are always clean and decorated tastefully like home. Everything she needs is there- meals, bistro, salon, housekeeping, laundry, activities all day, church services and communion, shuttle trips and more. Her living at Story Point has reduced her stress and enriched her life. Plus peace of mind for us who love her!

We chose SotyrPoint Waterville because of the kindness of staff. Cleanliness. And cheerful atmosphere. They are very honest and have the residents best interest at heart. It is family living. The admissions person,[name removed], was so sincere and helpful. His interaction with mom and others in her neighborhood is priceless.

Staff is friendly. They try to meet your needs. They will fix special food to meet needs. It is expensive, however similar places compare on price. Oh, I got significant help from PT. I wanted to stand up straighter, and they gave me exercises that helped improve my posture. I want to qualify my rating on food. First, after eating with different people, someone will think a food served is terrible and another person will accept it without complaint. I have my own issues with food because I don't eat beef, pork, or chicken. They do try and accommodate me as much as possible. The other night, my server said he could bring me a salad with ham on it. Well, it came with salami. I went back to my apartment and fixed stuff for myself. I try to keep stand bys for that type of situation.

It's a nice place. Of course we would all like to be home, but this is the next best place to be. The food is good, the staff are nice, we always do some activities and we are busy.

A Senior Care consultant introduced me to StoryPoint Powell North Memory Care for my wife. It was my first and last consultant referral. Upon meeting the staff, I felt very comfortable that she would receive proper care. Those promises continue intact. My spouse loves the staff, the setting and her apartment. It’s almost a year now and we remain pleased with her care and the facility. For us there was and still is no other choice. I have recommended this location to my friends who have relatives that perhaps may need these senior care services.

My MIL has lived there for the past year with her companion. From day one, the friendly and thoughtfulness of the entire community was more than we could have imagined. The rooms are large and services and amenities are exceptional. How nice it is to just be able to walk down a hall and get your hair done at the salon. [name removed] does an amazing job!! If you have a loved one looking-this should be the top of your list.

My sisters and I are very happy with the care my mom is receiving.

For the 14 months my mother was in residence, she was cared for and supported by every employee at Woodlawn Meadows. From helping her bathe to nutritious meals, she wanted for nothing. For the family, [name removed] and [name removed] were always available to consult/discuss. They have been so much help!

I love it here, I love the food and I plan to stay here until the good lord calls me home.
