From the first day. The care and gentleness provided by our caregivers continues to today. The resident support to my sing-a-longs is truly impressive. I have been able to meet so many wonderful residents and caregivers. Forest Glen is the place for me at this time. Thank you Forest Glen!

The employees are so attentive to all residents. From the front door your welcomed home, or to be safe when your leaving. I feel so loved and safe.

The staff, nurses, CNA's are some of the most kind and caring people I have ever met. They showed kindness and love to my mom everyday.

My spouse was only in the facility between 5 or 8 days. I'd have to go back and count, but we did not use the facility. He could not participate in activities and he was in hospice care. The staff were good. As for food, they offered him mashed potatoes, and he could only take 1 or 2 bites. If any? They did send me up a meal but it was cold, but I don't fault them for that. I was able to get him a haircut and was very surprised at the price, [removed price]. Especially after paying [removed price] for amenities that he didn't use except for the haircut.. again , the activities sounded very nice , but I can't comment on them. Provision living was clean and beautiful. I do question the hospice staff. They asked me if I wanted a bed to spend the night and I declined. I live close to the facility and they didn't say anything about how close his passing may be and I should stick close to him. They brought up a very nice cart of coffee and hot water and Things to eat but didn't say why. Or that his death was near, which would have been very nice. The hospice could have kept me abreast of things a little better. A staff member wrote in the notebook that he wasn't breathing at 10:38 and the first call to me was at 2:05 a m. That didn't make sense to me. I do know they had to wait for an R.N. to pronounce him. However , I didn't get any phone call until 2:05. Would I recommend Provision Living, yes I would.

We toured many places for my 95 year old mom to move into and couldn't be more pleased with our decision to make Independence Village her new home. My mom had a hip operation and was moving from her own home...Sheri and Jean at Independence Village were extremely helpful during the entire process. She loves her new apartment and especially all the wonderful residents and IV team members...It's like one big family! The Team is always thinking of the residents and their well-being. My husband and I feel so comfortable with her care and safety and love to visit regularly. We highly recommend Independence Village of Madison Heights.

This place was a perfect match for my dad. Very caring, excellent care, professional but personal dad really like it here, especially the people and the food. We consider it as a great blessing. 10 out of 5 stars for us.

Care is unbelieve, you have great staff here. Food is great, but want kielbasa. I love that!

To start off my son said. I want you to go see Independent Village for a tour. My remark was I don't want to stay there. My son said to give it a try gained room 4th floor with a deck and view. I have neem here at least 4 years and I have to admit, it was a good choice.

I made the right decision to come here. I have heard so many nice things and I feel its all true. Everyone is so nice. I love it.

Coffee is enjoyable, power back staff very different and caring. Food served in normal time and tasty. Any questions answered. Help I request my apt in attended to quickly and correctly.

Southwick Village is a great place to live. You can be as active in the community as you want. There's something for everyone, but the more involved you are the more you get out of the community. I have made many great friends here and the staff here are wonderful!!! There's exercise classes, socials with music, art classes and special activities. You certainly won't be lonely. No place is perfect, but this place is hard to beat!

I have been super impressed with Independence Village My mom has been cared for by the most compassionate and kind people The staff at Independence Village and Corso Care are attentive, responsible and professional. The newly redone rooms a beautiful, th common areas are clean and very cozy. The activities calendar is full and most times I see residents out and about enjoying each others company and the facilities. The food was super good when we toured a few times. Breakfast and lunch seem to hit the mark but dinner is more of sandwiches and is my moms least enjoyable meal. If issues arise, the management team is very responsive. My only complaint is that it is super hot in my mom’s room but apparently the older units are being replaced. This is a hard transition from ones personal home to a community style living situation but I would feel confident that Independence Village will be a partner in the transition.

The whole place is very nice place to live. All of the people and staff are friendly.

The staff are very friendly and helpful as are the residents. Everyone welcomed my aunt and make her transition so easy.
