The staff at Hathaway is top notch! Our mom spent the last year and a half with them. Starting in assisted living and then moving to the memory care unit; she was given appropriate activities in both. I appreciate how caring and dedicated each and EVERY person on staff is no matter there position. It meant so much to know that our mom was safe, happy and so well cared for.

Staff are wonderful and many are great.

I have lived her 9 months now having transitional from independent living to assisted living. My apartment is spacious with a fall kitchen and washer/dryer. Staff provides me with my medication and other assistance. Lovely residents and attentive staff members!

My tour guide guide was efficient kind, knowledgably, able to show me around the facility and option of different rooms to reside in. Very helpful!

We are exceptionally grateful for the care our mother has received at Flourish Collection in Oakland Township. Fiercely independent but with memory issues that prevented her from safely living alone, she was extremely resistant and not able to understand why she needed help. Not only has she been assimilated into the community, but she participates in activities and social events like never before. She has found enjoyment in her days, and new friends, which we never thought possible. The staff has done an excellent job understanding her needs, making her feel valued and respected. We appreciate Flourish for the positive impact on our lives.

I visited numerous places looking for the ideal care facility for my mom, who was 87 a the time. She was experiencing some memory loss and could no longer sustain living alone. Some places were chaotic, others felt like warehouses for the nearly deceased. The Danbury had what I was looking for: warm, friendly staff, enough activity to keep her engaged, and enough quiet and order so as to feel that her needs would be noticed and met. My first impressions have been born out well. My mom is happier than she has been in years. She gets her social needs met as well as her physical, not just adequately, but with excellence. The staff are kind, caring, respectful, and all around great. I highly recommend the Danbury.

My elderly uncle with some dementia was in a memory care unit and was always complaining about the care and food and limited social activities. I checked into Flourish and they were very sure he would do well in their assisted living unit, so I moved him there in October. The staff have all been very helpful to him and to me. They really show concern for the wellbeing of their residents. The food is excellent and they really try to get residents involved in their many activities.

Our family has been so pleased with the attention to detail and caregiving our loved one is receiving. We like enjoying meals and activities with him too!

This is a fantastic experience living here. I would like to see more scheduled bingo. Otherwise transportation, food, and other activities are great.

I am very pleased with the building inside and out. The staff from top and bottom are outstanding. Everyone is more than willing to accept ideas and suggestions and happy to have entertainment. Could use more activities especially.

Really likes that she has a first floor apartment and expresses happiness that she moved here from her last community.

Everyone is very hospitable from the welcome person to all workers and staff. Food is good, other services such as exercise, movies etc.

Very inviting warm and welcoming a of Christmas the décor is beautiful, friendly, and [name removed] very explanatory. We stayed for lunch fresh food was great. Dining area was very scenic. Overall nice place to be.
