My mom has been at IVP for 3 years. They have continued to take the best care of her and I love so may aspects of it. The staff is very friendly and caring, the housekeepers are little miracle workers. The whole community is very supportive, even the fellow residents even look out for one another. IVP management has always been responsive and great at problem solving. The convenience of having a kind hairdresser on site and a visiting podiatrist has been very helpful. IVP knows how to have fun and has frequent live music and entertainment venues in the lobby which my mom loves. Mom uses a walker but still enjoys getting her steps in, cruising the long halls daily. IVP provides lots of love and caring, good physical care and hygiene, clean & attractive apartments and wonderful social engagement. As a daughter and retired RN, I feel lucky and grateful for all they have provided. They are making an often not-so-easy time of life for folks much more doable! Thank you IVP!

Springwood is a wonderful place to live and interact with interesting individuals who live in the facility. There are varied activities run by the residents and the springwood staff (both inside and outside the facility, which you are free to attend as you wish, so a low pressure environment.) Utilities & maintenance included along with in the apartment washer & dryer, twice a month cleaning, two monthly meals provided by springwood, and indoor climate-controlled garage make it a very easy and comfortable place to live year round.

I have lived her for 6 months now and from the very first day I have loved living here. The manager has a true heart of gold and goes way above the duties of a manager to make sure everybody is well taken care of. The apartments are very spacious.
