Clayton Oaks Living is a very good facility, and the care services are great. From what we have seen the meals and dining services look good we have not seen otherwise. We also think the value for cost is fair.

From parts of the community we have seen, it is very clean and the staff members are just wonderful. From the feedback we have received from our loved one she seems to really enjoy the meals and dining service. Also they have plenty of activities going on, our loved one is kept so busy every day. She is very happy there,

It's a great place to live. I love it here. The people are great and I've made friends. They have transportation service and lots of things to do here. They have card games crafts, music, board games, rescue dogs who come in, and more for activities for the residents.

CCRC - 5 star rating with Medicare. My husband thought this was the best option due to the small corporation size. But the sales person was just plain slick. He wasn't able to answer many questions re: memory care. Said that the memory care coordinator would be the one to ask but she wasn't there and I didn't email her to ask. The facility is like a big hotel. It's not bad, but isn't really anything special about it. It is just around the block from where my sister currently lives, but that's not enough to persuade me.

We chose The Gardens of Scottsdale because they were receptive to us and our needs. The meals here are chef prepared and she really enjoys them. My mom is in a private room but they offer shared rooms as well. I would recommend to others who are looking, we have definitely had a good experience.

We chose The Forum at Desert Harbor because of the affordability and I just really liked the people and the way they seemed to care, it was not just all about the money. I really like staff members who are in assisted living. The room sizes here are adequate for what he needs. Overall it has been a good experience and I would recommend to others looking.

This is a gated community and it is kept very neat and clean. The staff is very friendly and the food is really good. They have plenty of activities available for the residence to participate in and I would recommend this community to others.

The staff are engaging and check on the residents regularly. They do a good job in encouraging, but not pushy with the residents to participate in activities. They have a good food menu. There is a lot for the residents to choose from. The nursing care is hard to get ahold or get in touch with them. The buy in option was very reasonable for the community.

The friendliness of the staff team really stood out to us, and the lady who helped us out in the beginning getting our loved one all signed up was just wonderful. Our loved one absolutely loves the meals, and the activities are back open. They take your temperature and require masks still, but they are back open. The value for cost is great, we are super happy with that. This is the best thing we could of done for our loved one.

I'm very happy here. The food is amazingly good. Pretty much everything they fix is just extraordinarily tasty. The price seems to be righteous as far as we're concerned. The staff are very attentive, and we haven't had any problems. Any issues we've had, we just let them know, and they would send someone up right away to fix it. Our apartment gets cleaned every week, and I think they do a fine job.

My mother was a resident at FC for the final 5 years of her life. They helped us both through the transitions that come with Alzheimer's. The staff is caring and dedicated. The director is [name removed], yet compassionate. They handled the unprecedented COVID lockdown situation wonderfully. Highly recommended.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a great experience. The lady we worked with was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed. The place was beautiful and there were absolutely no fowl smells, everything was very well kept and managed.

We have had a great experience with Anthology of South Jordan. We chose this facility because of the convenient location to family and we really liked the staff after speaking with them on the tour. The staff members here are very friendly and helpful. She really enjoys the food and they are chef prepared meals. I would highly recommend to others looking.

My dad just turned 99 and has lived at Farrington Court for 4 years. He has always had excellent, caring caregivers. His health issues have changed over the years, but Farrington Court has continued to meet his needs Everyone knows his name and is very friendly and accommodating. My dad always says how lucky he is to be living at Farrington Court, as they take such good care of him and make him feel comfortable. The place is so well run and it is due to the director, who oversees everything and sets the tone for the place. It is obvious that she has high standards and her staff meets them. The whole atmosphere lets you know that this is a place where the staff cares about the residents and strives to make the lives of the residents as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We are so grateful that the director and staff were so vigilant in keeping all of the residents safe and well during the pandemic.

I think you could place your loved one here. My loved one seems happy here. The staff are friendly. My loved one says he likes the food sometimes.

It is a safe place, and they really go far and above to make the residents feel comfortable and accepted. They really try to make the whole transition from completely independent living to an independent living community a smooth process. There are people around who can keep my loved one involved and engaged, and keep an eye on her. The friendliness of the people there is beyond compare. When we toured, they found out it was my loved one's birthday the next day. So when we came back to sign the papers, they made a homemade birthday cake especially for her and our family. It was just that extra touch and extra customer service that just blew us away. The food is excellent. It feels homemade. I would have expected frozen, cafeteria-type food, and that's not the case. It tastes like someone actually put some time and effort into it, which is great. My family member is very involved in activities and is constantly doing something. It's funny, when we call her, her phone almost always goes to voicemail. She'll call us back and say "Oh, I was doing this with so and so!" And that's exactly the type of environment we were looking for.

I haven't been here that long, so nothing great and important has happened just yet. The food is excellent. There's lots of variety, and they don't repeat things a lot, which is nice. Right now my apartment has a room with a bay window. But it's on the small side, so I'm just in the process of moving into a little bit larger apartment. They come and clean my apartment once a week. They change the linens, vacuum, dust, wipe things down, whatever we need. The staff are all very friendly, and they remember everyone's names and know who you are. It's been very pleasant.

The activities are just starting to come back from the pandemic. What really stood out to us was that it gave off a very warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff members especially are wonderful and the location is very good for us.

You need to be involved with your loved one and get to know the staff, they are great. They are open to feedback and listens to your concerns. Communication is good between the staff and our family, they keep us well informed and up to date. I would recommend this community to others based on my experence.

We chose Courtyard at Jamestown initially because my mother had friends who had lived there and they all had good experiences. Then, when she toured she liked the feel and look of it and thought it would be a good fit for them. My dad is in their enhanced memory care unit and his room is not huge, but it is perfectly adequate for what he needs right now. We like the fact that they try as much as possible to keep the residents out of their rooms doing activities and interacting with others during the day. Their activities director and the staff members who help with activities are AMAZING. They have calendars that are filled with activities every single day and they have a great variety. The staff really interact and keep track of each individual and their needs and what they like and dislike. They really just go above and beyond for their residents. It is pretty expensive, but I believe it is worth it because of the amount of personalized care that they are receiving every single day. I would highly recommend this facility to others who are looking.
