The staff were awesome and easy to work with. We got all the information that we needed to help make our decision. The facility was a little bit older, but in good repair. It had a very good feeling about the place. Some facilities I’ve been in have been very sad and heavy feeling but not Lincoln Court.

I would highly recommend this loving community of people. The staff really cares and makes sure all needs are covered when they arrive. I picked this community because it was close proximity to my daughter. I'm glad I'm here.

WE had a good tour experience with Southgate Senior Living. The facility was more new and looked like an overly modern hotel. We wanted a place that felt more homey. It was also way out of our price range. I did not observe any handicap, so it seemed like it was for people higher functioning.

A smooth transition from Assisted Living to Memory Care is VERY important. "DO it early in the day. Ahead of the resident getting there. Make it as similar to their last room as possible. Give yourselves plenty of time to transition that first week." This was the advice we were given by the staff and IT IS EXCELLENT ADVISE!! This staff is soo caring and loving. For them it's a calling, NOT a paycheck.

It's been a very positive experience. Everything has been great. My only feedback is that I wish they had more drivers for appointments. The interaction with the staff, has been great. Everyone is very nice and accommodating.

What we really like about Farrington Court is they have a friendlier atmosphere with the residents interacting more like a family. The community is clean but the facilities are older and harder to maintain. They have great people everywhere, who are very helpful, but there are a few non-care services that they do not provide. When it comes to the meals and dining, typically the food and variety is good, but they can't get mom to eat, so it's a problem. With the activities, we can't rate them to well even thought they have activities, we can't get mom to go.

According to my mother- in -law, everyone is friendly there are plenty of activities and [name removed] was amazing at getting my loved one situated quickly and efficiently. Coming from my mother-in-law, the food could be a little more flavorful. Also serve dinner until a little later in the evenings.

Their friendly with all their guest and community members, they all seem to love where they work. I would recommend to other families.

My parents are thrilled with everything!! The entire North Star staff is very friendly and go out of their way to address any questions, concerns and/or needs. The food is very good, and there is a good variety of activities. It is especially helpful to have a medical office on site.

The reasons that we chose The Oaks by Senior Lifestyles was because of the location as well as the appearance. The facility was full of life, nice & bright. They were very compassionate, and showed a true desire to interact and assist with my loved one.

They have lots of activities. We picked this community because, everything is one building, it's a beautiful place with a lake. They have really good meals, compared to restaurant food. The staff that gave the tour was on top of things. I would recommend to other families.

They did a great job for us. They worked really well with us to help and get my sister in law to progress. She had a tendency to want to hold back and not do much for herself and they were really wonderful about getting her up and moving around and participating in things. I cannot say enough about [name removed] who is the nurse in assisted living. This was the best fit for our loved one and we would highly recommend The Forum at Tucson to others.

This was a nice community during the tour. The cost was more than another community that we ended up going with.

They have been wonderful to work with, and we are very happy with our decision to move our family members into The Retreat at Alameda.

Overall it's a really good facility. The staff are really friendly, and they're pretty good about calling you when something happens. I don't' have any problems with it except for the price.

Dad knew the area very well and based off what he saw online, he knew this was the place for him. He walked in and was blown away, it is beautiful inside and outside. They offer independent living, assisted living, and memory care. When you walk around it seriously feels like you are at a resort. It is clean, the people are all so friendly. They also cater to Veterans which is very nice. I really do not have one negative thing to say about it. The staff treats you like family and that is so important.

At the very beginning they were great. It is a VERY nice place, I would go here myself. They take great care of the residents. Everyone seemed to be happy, staff and residents. My loved one was only here for 2 days. My loved one passed away and they sent us a bill far long after she had passed even though she was not there. I am very disgusted with them and they have gotten pretty nasty. It put a bad taste in our mouth the way it left off.

What we really like about Lakewood Reserve is there staff team - the administrative team have been very good to us as well as very kind. They seem to get things done in a timely manner and based on our experience we would recommend them to other families .

The staff are all very friendly and take great care of your loved ones. I would definitely recommend Clayton Oaks Living to others.

We had a great tour and this was a really nice place. I do think it is overpriced for what they offered. Their amenities were fine, but not for the cost. I do think that they are definitely pricing that Scottsdale address. All of the staff we dealt with were lovely and committed to their jobs.
