My mother in law is currently a resident at The Forum at Desert Harbor and her experience has been very good so far at this facility. The leasing agent was very nice and helpful. Some of the staff speak Spanish, which makes my mother in law feel more comfortable. There is always someone available if you have questions. I would recommend The Forum at Desert Harbor to family and friends.

Mom decided on this one as a result of friendless of staff and clients during her tour. Yes I would not hesitate to recommend. Just wish it had an assisted living also.

Great Tour, friendly staff and a beautiful building. We were offered lunch and it looked like a great place to live. The residents looked happy and well cared for. I will definitely consider moving my loved one here.

We toured with Winslow Court and it was very nice as well. The location was not as close as I would've liked and it was a bit more expensive. So it all came down to expenses for me. Assisted Living takes quite a toll on your finances.

The facility is super clean, staff is very friendly and competent. Pricing is reasonable but the more care that's needed is when it gets a bit costly. My mother has a studio. It's around 250 Square feet. She seems content with it. The closet is quite large for such a tiny space but nice. The location is excellent.

Copper Creek Senior Living place is the friendliest place that I have lived. The staff and residents are very friendly. The staff is helpful in caring for residents with special needs.. The kitchen does a wonderful job with soups and the rest of the menus. We have lived here for three months and are delighted with our choice.

We love the Copper Creek Senior Living community! The staff are very friendly. Sometimes it takes a while to have the aids respond when she needs something. Most of them are pretty good though. The biggest complaint is the food. She doesn't get enough green vegetables. My Mom says there's not much variety and it's not good. My Mom doesn't really play games. Most of the activities are games. Some variety would be nice. She does love the Friday ice cream social and entertainment. It is a good place. Still hard for her to be there. She's trying and trying to make some friends As a family we are REALLY grateful for the on-site physical therapy

We picked this community, because it was the cleanest and people were helpful and friendly. I would say I'm so comfortable leaving my mom there and she seems happy. I'm happy with Lakewood Reserve.

My loved one is currently a resident at Villa de San Antonio. Overall, his experience at this facility has gone great. I am very happy that he is at this facility. I feel a great deal of comfort that he is being well cared for. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Pueblo Norte gave us a great tour. Super friendly staff and it was very thorough. They gave packets with all the details, prices, menus, amenities. It was a very nice place but we just felt another facility we had seen previously would be a better fit for our loved one.

Everyone is so caring and the food is great! The variety and the quality and the fact that it's like eating at a restaurant every day. They're also so accommodating when we joined her for Mothers Day. It's awesome, my mom loves it there and is very comfortable.

5 stars for all! They have so many activities to keep them busy. Mom doesn't have time to be bored. Also, [name removed] from a place for mom was great to work with! The apartments are a nice size, she can turn her scooter around in it. The cleaning staff is very nice. They bring her wash back nicely folded every time. I would definitely recommend The Forum at Desert Harbor.

5 stars for each category! My mom is very happy at Overlake Terrace. We chose this facility because the opportunities to meet new friends were far better than her previous facility and it was considerably cheaper but not sacrificing any quality of care. Location was also better for family. Everyone has been extremely helpful, they have tons of activities provided for the residents, and the dining room is wonderful.

I have been made to feel comfortable and right at home. They make every effort to accommodate my needs. I picked this community, because of the affordability.The staff made a good first impression.I would recommend this to others. All I can add is come visit.

The people who live and work here truly treat one another like family. This is a caring, vibrant and very friendly community. The activity director provides a diverse and engaging number of opportunities for residents to be entertained and/or stimulated and she both encourages and welcomes input from us! We have a regular schedule of weekly games (i.e., Rummikub, Mahjong, Mexican Train, Bingo, Bridge, Hand and Foot, and other card games) and plenty of opportunities to participate in a variety of outings (i.e., to grocery/retail stores, museums, restaurants, special tours, gardens, dog parks, hikes, picnics in the mountains, theaters, and more). We have a fully equipped exercise room plus five days of professionally led classes are offered. Other activities include things like our Book club, short story readings, current events with a local lecturer/professor, Ted Talk discussions, Art classes, crafts, and several other unique resident led groups. All this gives us an abundance of physical, intellectual and creative stimuli for us to enjoy as we please. Additionally, our dining room features delicious daily features at each meal along with a wonderful salad bar. Best of all, they offer an extensive alternate menu from which to choose if the special is not to your liking. Park Lane Senior Living is a beautiful home and I'm very happy living here!

We picked this community, because of the location, apartment location, price, and it was just a really nice place.I would say this is the most friendly community I've ever experienced. I, myself, now know a half dozen residents because they are so friendly. The facility is fairly new, clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. I 100% picked the right place for my mom thanks to the help of A Place for Mom.

A good variety of activities are available for us. The residents can live independently or participate in multiple activities. The staff make a huge effort to know the first names of all residents. Good place to live.

Morning exercise - I like a lot. Exercise equipment - I really like it. Tuesday lunch outside - I really like. Monday and Wednesday wine down - I like it. Friday ice cream social - I like it.

I have found the staff always willing to answer questions or help with anything we need. The activities are available for all residents and are geared to meet different likes for all.

Our family had an in person tour with The Groves by Senior Lifestyles and the tour was great but we didn't like that the staff was not interacting w the people at all & they were behind a window the whole time. It felt like a hospital to me w locked doors.
