Our overall experience at Villa De San Antonio has been such a great journey. from the front desk to the kitchen staff and nurses every single employee has made this transition in life easy . We as a family are very greatful knowing that our family member is in good hands and receives quality care.

We picked this place because it was all mom could afford. She has dementia, but this place is considered an independent living facility not assisted so she does not get memory care. I pay a nurse monthly to give her her meds. The other reason was because it would supposedly meet the VA criteria for care and assistance benefits. My mom likes it there. She feels safe there. She has her own apartment and can pretty much walk the building on her own with her walker.I would say if they can't afford to put their parents somewhere else where they would get assistance this is the only other option here in Helena. But currently they are having severe issues. A lot of people are moving out and the staff turnover is atrocious.

I am currently a resident at Thunderbird Senior Living and everything has been great for me at this facility so far! Every one of the staff is just wonderful! The cleanliness and friendliness is great. The care services, food, activities and value for cost are also great. Everything has been great! I love it here. I would highly recommend Thunderbird Senior Living to family and friends.

Three of us ate wonderful dinner Friday [date removed] Broadway Prop. Luxurios Dinning Room. Our server/waitress receives no Tips, Yet, We all agree is a 10 STAR! What makes a Person 10 STAR? Kind, Generous, Careful listener, not thinking about yourself… [name removed] is not only serving dinner to many, she takes time asks politely ,”if you would want also Tarter sauce with your Fish&Chips… would you like some little take out Blue Cheese Dressing for your leftover dinner salad... [name removed] is not only taking care of our needs of today, she has gone ahead to plan out for our tomorrow(WOW) she is the most Kind, Generous, Careful , unselfish young Person we three have met in 50 years! There is now Hope! Broadway Proper should be so proud! If every person in the world was like her, there would be no more homelessness, war , or hunger. [name removed] for President 2024 Vote Now!

I don't participate in the activities hardly at all so I am not qualified to comment. There are always compromises when a person lives in these places. I spend my time reading. Emailing to bro and sis. I have other interests and am not hunting buddies or close associations. Yes I would suggest it as very expectable. I lived in another such place in AZ for 13 months. This is comparable. Food is a little better. Costs are a little higher.

I was able to have an in person tour with Overlake Terrace and I found the tour experience to be pleasant and informative. This community was my second choice.

I have been very impressed and pleased with North Star community. I am out of state so only spent a couple of weeks helping my mom to settle in. My brother out there takes care of most of the day to day.

This is resort living, not the retirement feeling. The real Home Feeling. The staff is truly the best they all go above and beyond. The transportation is superb. I love my housekeeper [name removed] she is so kind. The best decision I have made

They are very responsive to most needs and requests although minor maintenance issues take a long time. Staff is super friendly. The food is exceptionally good and the staff in there is very friendly. My mom is SUPER PICKY and she is very happy there. She would probably give a 4.5 on all of the above. We are very pleased with our choice. There is no huge pet deposit for my mom's little dog like other places. And when she is ready to transfer to AL, there is no new community fee.

Dad and I like the warm 'feel' of the Lakewood Reserve. Other places felt 'too fancy'. My mom is settling in well thanks to consistency and quality of the direct care staff.

We took a tour of Lakewood Reserve when searching for a facility for our loved one. Our tour was great! The cleanliness, friendliness and atmosphere of this facility seemed great. Everyone at this facility was very friendly!

Referred by a friend whose father in law lived there. When we toured, the guide was very positive and attentive to Moms questions and needs. It's got a warm, welcoming foyer where residents were mingling with public and employees. Lots of activities and things for residents to stay engaged.

What our family likes the most about the North Start community is the caregivers they have their and their longevity. The quality of care they give to the residents is great. The cost is not over the top at all and we would absolutely recommend North Star to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

Lincoln Court has been great for Mom. We were impressed during the tour how happy the residents are and with all the positive interaction employees had with residents and the public. They continue to be helpful with the difficult transition from Mom living at home to assisted living. Admin. is good at communicating and getting things done. Mom is happy living there and loves the activities and new friends. Due to level of dementia, mom now needs more care. We're moving her into LC memory care next week. We feel positive their employees will be there for her every step of the way to help her adjust again to her new room and unfamiliar surroundings. Thanks for helping all of us find comfort in this difficult situation of dealing with an aging loved one who struggles with daily living skills.

We love the caregivers! However, they could have more of them. The caregiver to patient ratio should be higher. Based on our experience so far with Southgate Senior Living, we would recommend this community to other families.

I've toured this community several times and have had the pleasure of getting to know the staff quite well as I work with the senior/elder community. It is always clean, calm and inviting when I am there. The staff are engaged with residents that seem happy, too. The memory care director, [name removed], has been with the community for several years which says a lot - as longevity and stability is important in this business when working with aging adults. He seems to really care for his residents and their well-being/wellness. [name removed], the sales director, is awesome and very passionate about what she does. The community is in a classic location with great views and the price point is really great for what you get. The Gardens would definitely receive my blessing if a loved-one was considering moving here.

I will add that my mother’s one bedroom apartment is lovely, and I feel good about her being there. I also like being there and spending time with her and others in her apartment and the common areas. Friendly community and would recommend!

The staff and the residents were very inviting and happy. They know the residents by name and are helpful when needed for the littlest things. They are very good and inviting.

My experience has been great in all areas and my sister is extremely pleased so I would rate all areas with a 5. Thank you for all your assistance. It was very helpful for me especially since my sister is in Texas and I am in Idaho. I would recommend the Villa de San Antonio as well as the services of A Place for Mom.

My family and I could not be happier that we were lucky enough to get my mother into The Forum at Desert Harbor. Absolutely "everyone" has been kind, professional, and goes above and beyond, from [name removed] in sales (who helped us get her established) to maintenance, dining staff, housekeeping...The facility is beautiful maintained! We recognize mom can be difficult and I commend their patience and care. She even loves the food which, in and of itself, is a huge blessing. This entire experience has brought us great peace!
