Very impressed with this community. It is vibrant, updated and the food is delicious. The staff is very helpful, caring and supportive. I know that Park Lane will be a great fit for me in the future when I am more ready.

I toured this community and it was great. Everyone was friendly and cleanliness was very good.

Our experience at Park Lane Senior Living has been wonderful. The staff and the residence are warm, friendly and enjoyable to converse with. The apartment has been clean, comfortable and provided a very nice living space for us these past months. The food has been delicious and the activities stimulating. We can highly recommend it to those searching for a new place to call home.

I would rate a five for everything except for the "value For cost" -- as the square footage was pretty small compared to the price tag. Also worth mentioning - the dining and food choices were outstanding, and my mom loved them. The other absolutely outstanding and unique thing was daily Catholic Mass and Sunday Catholic Mass, which to be honest was what made us choose the villas in the first place.

The thing that sticks out most to us about Pacifica Senior Living San Martin is just how friendly everybody is here.

We had a great transition for our client with [name removed]. Our client moved from her home to the Assisted Living at Ferrington Court. The nurse went to the home and did an evaluation and was very accommodating to both client and the guardianship agency. They welcomed the client to their facility with open arms, the front desk, the marketing team, nurses, caregivers, maintenance, and dining staff have all gone above and beyond for our client. to make her transition smooth. She's thriving, happy, in great spirits, and our number one priority is they are keeping the client safe. So, thank you team Ferrington Court for the outstanding teamwork!

We just moved our mom into Sandia Vista and everything about this stressful change was made easier because of its absolutely amazing staff. From the very first phone call, [name removed]and her colleagues showed us tremendous care and respect. We visited places that cost twice as much and did not feel even half as much warmth and compassion for our mom and for us. For starters, we they wanted to help us figure out the right solution for our mom, as opposed to pushing a sales pitch where they would come out on top. They truly take care to be sure they are a match. When it came to move-in time, nothing was too much trouble. They went the extra mile to ensure our mom had a smooth move-in, and that she felt included and welcomed. Her apartment is beautiful and the campus is peaceful and lovely, with delicious food served in a happy atmosphere. Mom's first breakfast she reported, "the bacon here is really good." High praise from a tough critic. We are so grateful to Sandia Vista.

This has been an amazing experience for my loved one and family. My loved one was very happy living on their own and in their own home; however, has since settled in nicely into the community. There are lots of activities for the residents to participate in. There was no second choice after visiting Thunderbird Senior Living for our loved one.

They provide a homelike environment. All staff members are caring and compassionate which makes this incredible difficult time a much easier transition. There are a plethora of activities so you can always find something that suits you from games and puzzles to scenic drives and museums.

When it came time for my mom to find a senior living community to move into Farrington Court was at the top of my list. My mother did tour 3 other communities but chose Farrington Court. The friendliness of the staff, the happy faces of the residents and the quality of food and daily menu selections made this an easy choice for my mom. The staff truly cares about the well-being of your family member and it shows. The residents have been welcoming and inviting which has greatly helped with the move to a new environment . The daily activities appeal to all interests and the staff welcomes input from the residents. In addition my mother-in-law also lived here very comfortably for 8+ years before she passed so the tenure of the staff is a big plus. Farrington Court truly is "community" in every sense of the word.

I toured this community and it was wonderful! It was very clean. The staff was very friendly. I would recommend them to friends and family as an option.

My parents are in memory care at Granite Gate. GG is constantly working to enhance the experience for memory care residents. My parents look healthier and act happier than they have in years. The caregivers, nursing staff, med techs, and housekeepers are outstanding. As both my parents have dementia, it was difficult for them, not understanding why they were moved from their home. But the caregivers were always patient and did all they could to make them comfortable. Now they love it there. They love the food and the people. They say they are treated like family. The new director of the memory care facility is very focused on Alzheimer's care and the right care and activities for those with dementia. She even started a support group for families. My parents adore her and are loving the changes. I'm thrilled and relieved, and I know I made the right choice in Granite Gate. I'm sure there are many places where your loved ones will be safe, but feeling loved is a next level of care.

MY parents just recently moved into Farrington Court as Resident. So far, they absolutely love this place. I am so glad i Chose Farrington Court for them. The Staff and the Management is awesome. I would recommend this place for you elderly loved ones. Thank you.

When we first walked in after visiting so many places, there was this sense of community. It is a smaller facility with 2 wings and then an outdoor space. There is no stench when you walk in either which was huge for us. It has a more inviting and homey atmosphere to it, not institutional like so many others. I was able to bring my horse up there to visit with the residents. The outdoor space is wonderful. The staff were all great as well. I would highly recommend Bear Creek Senior Living.

Broadway Proper is a virtual oasis in the desert tucked away in Tucson's fashionable Eastside. Upon entering, guests are treated to the friendly smiles of residents and staff. Decide to stay for lunch and be treated to our top floor dining room with it's wall of windows that show off the magnificent Catalina mountains. Order from the extensive menu and you will never want to cook again! The apartments range in size for your specific needs and are well taken care of by the housekeeping and maintenance teams. There are activities galore! Easy to find one or more to suit your personality. Stay fit with the daily exercise classes or the more relaxed chair yoga. Transportation for the basics is readily available and there is top notch entertainment every Wednesday at Happy Hour. Broadway Proper is a fun place to live! I've live here for 10 years and I give it an A+!!!

My parents are loving it. It's a happy place to be and meets the needs of all the residents. The apartment is perfect for them. They're getting into the swing of things with activities and enjoying themselves. The people who work there are very personable. They really think about everything the elderly would need and tailor the experience to that. You can tell that there was a lot of care and thought that went into planning the community.

Five years, I've lived at Broadway Proper Senior Living, I've been pleased by the staffs' friendliness and willingness to accommodate the residents. Gardening is a passion of mine. When I moved from my home I wasn't sure I would be able to continue my hobby. Broadway Proper, along with other residents quickly formed a Garden Club to satisfy this growing interest. This willingness to listen to feedback from residents helps our community be fun, engaging and respectful of other's opinions. I also love the decrease of home responsibilities which used to drain all my energy (house repairs, cooking, cleaning). Now, I don't have to miss a trip to visit my daughter because a pipe in my bathroom busted. I simply call our dedicated maintenance team who handles the repair from start to finish. Knowing I can get 24/7 assistance whether it be life threatening or not, adds a level of security I'm grateful to have in my aging years.

The head nurse was wonderful-everyone was nice-very proffesional. The food was awesome, my loved one loved the food . Residents could go anytime of day, to get there meals. The activites person was amazing. The cost was cheaper and we got a lot more. It was cleaner and the food was better. I will always recommend APFM, if anyone needs a place for a loved one. Overall. it was well worth the money.

My mother is VERY pleased. Her number one requirement was good food, and she definitely got what she wanted. The dining there is like fine dining. The tables have linen cloths. They have a waiter that comes to the table and takes your order from a menu. They serve lots of fruits and vegetables. There are plenty of choices, and there is plenty to eat. It's all delicious. She's a registered dietician and is incredibly picky about food and food choices, and this place ticks all the boxes for her. Her room is fabulous - very spacious and very secure. It's a gated community. There is front desk service around the clock. They have a policy that if my mother has any problems, they call us. I have contact numbers for anybody I could want to communicate with. Everybody gladly gave their number and said call any time - and meant it. As far as the price, it's in the same bracket as any place else we looked. But they are superior in our experience. My mother is super, super happy living there . All the other residents are friendly and visit with her. She gets to sit with different people in the dining room and meet new people, which has been very nice.

My 88 year old mother moved in 6 months ago. It has been the best thing to happen to her and the rest of the family too. She has her own one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen if needed although she eats all her meals down in the dining room with her new friends. There are so many activities and amenities there. She has her independence and we don't have to worry about her living alone after my dad died in 2020. The staff treat everyone like family. We looked at different places but this one felt like a home and it has turned out to be perfect. I can't say enough good things about it.
