We would absolutely recommend this facility to others. The staff is great and friendly. The food is amazing. My parents have raved about the food. Sunday brunch is really great, too. The housekeeping has been great once my parents got used to the schedule. The move in process was very simple. The other residents were so very welcoming. The dining room host will try to seat new residents with different residents so that they can meet people quickly. They offer a wide range of activities and outings for the residents.

What a beautiful place! [name removed] at the front desk was awesome. The residents gave helpful information with their experience living here. They have so much to offer and is such a lovely place! I'm so glad I was able to experience how beautiful this place is. I never want to leave!

Came to this place when i was free on a Friday and i am so glad i did. It was an absolute pleasure to experience how lovely this place is. It is super welcoming, clean, and beautiful. I love the atmosphere and i dont want to leave!!

I have visited Villa De San Antonio a few times now, and I have been consistently impressed by the dedication and compassion of the staff. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth, professionalism, and the smell of cinnamon and vanilla which immediately put me at ease. The facility is impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for residents.

From the moment you step into this retirement facility, you're greeted by the warmest smiles and most helpful staff. Their friendliness is genuine and sets the tone for a welcoming atmosphere. The staff here go above and beyond to ensure that every resident feels valued and cared for, creating a true sense of community. One of the standout features of this facility is its cleanliness. The common areas are always spotless, and the rooms are well-maintained. It's clear that the staff takes pride in keeping the facility clean and comfortable for all residents. What truly sets this retirement facility apart is the level of involvement the staff has with the residents. They organize a variety of activities and events to keep everyone engaged and entertained. Whether it's a game night, a fitness class, or a group outing, there's always something fun happening!

This place is so lovely I really enjoyed seeing this place the food is amazing I can not wait to move my family here they are going to love it. I really enjoyed all the staff and the ladies at the front desk. [name removed] is such a sweetheart her partner is great too

My mother was previously a resident at Winslow Court and the experience was great. As for the value for cost, it is very difficult for our elderly's families to afford what all facilities are charging. Overall, I would recommend this facility to others.

Visited facility at first look amazing place I love the drive up close to medical center went in and took a tour of this beautiful and amazing facility. Upon visit I see the drive-up curve and I see that residents are able to get packages and staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. Feel like this would be a great fit for my mom. Facility looks and feels like home very elegant

Visited the facility as I am looking for a place for my mom, the staff is friendly , the food is good and eating area very nice. The grounds are well kept. I talked to [name removed] and [name removed] and they are awesome is was great talking to them.

I'm happy to say that she really enjoyed her brief stay there. Unfortunately she didn't stay long because her disabilities caused her to be in and out of hospitals. Extremely positive and cheerful atmosphere. Very clean. The food was much better than average. Lots of activities. It's a great place, and I may come back when it's my time.

The staff at The Oaks has been nothing short of SPECTACULAR in caring for my mother since we moved her to assisted living! [name removed] & [name removed] spent many hours with her making sure they hung all of her family pictures and very heavy personal metal art to her particular liking….always with a smile on their face and kind demeanor despite her giving them a hard time. Kevin is always available to make certain my mother feels seen and heard and important. The chef prepares very tasty food everyday and my family enjoys many meals in the dining room with gramma. Thank you to all the smiling kind servers, front desk folks and all other staff that I have not mentioned by name here…. YOU are all EXTREMELY APPRECIATED by my entire family.

The Gardens of Scottsdale has proven to be a great choice to place our loved one. The memory care unit has an excellent staff to care the needs and even has gone beyond our expectations. Not fully knowing what to expect was a bit nerve racking at the beginning. The staff are all fully capable of making our loved one feel safe and cared for. The facility is well maintained and clean. I am very satisfied with our choice.

I came to the location to tour. The staff here is very nice and willing to help and show you everything here. My aunt is 85 years old and we were looking for different locations for placement. Very nice very clean organized. They showed me the rooms they showed me the lunchroom. They showed me the chapel. They showed me the pool. They showed me the gym all with some thing that we were looking for for the family member. A lot of the residents are very friendly and welcoming. Plenty of staff members around to help. My aunt had a smile on her face due to the fact guest here at the location, talk to her and made her feel welcome. Seemed very organized and very friendly. Can’t stress that enough.

After touring four Assisted Living Centers, we chose Southgate because the staff were so friendly and welcoming. They go out of their way to make each person feel valued and cared for. There is always lots of activities to do and outings to go on. Housekeeping does a great job and laundry is done weekly. The dining room looks like a nice restaurant and often have live entertainment with music. The meals could be healthier. Overall, my father and I were happy with our experience at Southgate.

This place is awesome. The warm and inviting welcome is very evident upon entering. The entire staff is friendly and very helpful. The residents are all enjoying their time there. The smell of lunch is enticing as well.

Este lugar esta muy bonito para cuando yo ya no pueda estar sola vivir aqui, los empleados son muy amables con nosotros los de la tercera edad, los inquiring que viven aqui, son muy amables tan bien muy comunicativos me husta hacer nuevos amigos, la experiencing de vivir aqui se hacen los dias mas agradables sobre todo Para nosotros wue ta pasamos a nuestra tercera edad de vida. Ya que a veces nuestras profits familias no nos comprenden, no entienden que uno vuelve a ser niños con experiencia, pero niños al fin y los empleafos aqui tienen un Corazón enormous para entender todas nuestras necesidades. Un lugar limpio y seguro, cordial y amable. No se puede pedir mas en l vida.

This place Is so clean and the staff is awesome. The food is great and everyone is so nice. I can't wait to move in. It's going to be great and have fun the apartments are such a nice size I can not get over how great the food is.

The staff was like my extended family. The best communication. They loved and took such great care of my mom. She love them, too. Housekeeping was great ... maybe too good .. lost two dentures. Move in was great even though my mom was at first fighting it, but they were so patient with her and helped me from having a panic attack. Food is hard to judge for a dementia patient. Mom was hard to please, but they tried all kinds of options. I can't speak enough good about this place. I am still friends with some of the staff and visit when I am in Idaho Falls! I highly recommend this facility!

Love this place it’s the best place I’ve been to. I recommend it to everyone I talk to the food is the great this place is so clean the staff is amazing the front desk lady in the mornings is amazing everyone is super friendly
