The Oaks has exceeded expectations. My dad was in 3 group homes so I've had experience with senior services before. We had a very short time frame and a lot of difficulties with our mom being discharged from a rehab center. [name removed], the family advisor and [name removed] the Director were very experienced navigating all of those complexities. Our mother is very happy with the staff and the food. The fact that they have open kitchen hours all day and not three separate time frames for breakfast lunch and dinner really says a lot about their commitment to give every resident the flexibility to live a Lifestyle and routine that they are comfortable with. As we know, moving a loved one to a facility and out of their own home is a big adjustment for everyone so yes, there have been adjustments, but we have no complaints about the Oaks.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Oaks and the experience has been great for her at this facility so far. We have had only positive experiences with them for my loved one. Based on our/our loved one's experience, I would definitely recommend The Oaks to others as an option for Memory Care.

Mom loved it there, I had to move her in with me because her memory was getting worse. Based on the experience we have had with VIlla de San Antonio we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

We had to make some hard decisions very quickly but now into our third month at Clayton Oaks, we would make the same choice again. We are involved with my husband's care, questions are welcomed and responded to promptly, and the environment is warm and welcoming. The staff is pleasant and professional. There have been difficult times as medication routine and his overall care plan were worked out, but problems are addressed and followed up. Caregivers are compassionate and respectful. Their menu is varied and food is very good. There are choices for group activities and entertainment for those who are able to participate.

Moved my mother to Northstar from Arizona. She has been so much happier. The food has been good, friendships have been made very quickly, and she feels like she's home instead of in an "institution." The staff have been stellar at accommodating her needs. They were very patient while she got used to a new place and let her explore on her own and when she needed assistance with anything, they were there with a smiling face and happy disposition. Absolutely fabulous!

They are very polite and they call the residents by name, so they really take the time to get to know the residents. The apartment sizes are very nice. There are many great amenities provided for the residents. Things have worked out very well for my loved one here.

I feel like I went over my mother's medical history very clear during the tour process. However, after four months they could no longer care for her. The community was wonderful and it would've been our preference to stay because she was so happy.

The best thing about it is everybody's very kind and everybody knew her name within the first day of being there which means a lot of people and I just never had any problems in the few months. We've been there so I like that. Honestly, I like that you can get food all day that was huge because my mother-in-law does not adhere to strict breakfast lunch and dinner times so it's sunny as that sounds. That was one of my favorite things.

5 for all. The Groves is clean, the staff is friendly, they have food choices, lots of activities, staff is willing to listen and do what's best for the resident. Value is probably good. All facilities seem high priced. There's been a learning curve, which is expected. There is one way of managing all residents, no matter their level of memory care. I'm guessing this is standard? The staff is willing to listen and adapt as much as they can.

The staff at The Groves are always available and wonderful to work with. From the first point of contact [name removed], the nurses, and the dining staff, they are all amazing and caring professionals that make you feel at home. I would recommend The Groves to others.

She's done really great there. We're very happy. It is a much better experience than her previous facility. Very friendly staff. Great help and assistance. Love all the activities. Very easy to get involved and make friends.

Had a great experience as we were doing a tour the staff was very friendly and helpful and willing to assist with any questions we might have! We loved the cleanness and the food looked very delicious!

The former Family Advisor, [name removed] was hands-on and visible to residents and their families. The new guy hasn't reached out, or at least not to me. Most things are running the same. My mom moved in in [date removed]. Ownership changed in March, same year. The compassion [name removed] showed for me and my mom. His word was good as gold and the lack of a family advisor is missed. I have never has to navigate assisted living before and toured several facilities. People make a place great. Thank heaven they kept [name removed], the girl at the front desk. She's the best since [name removed] is gone.

My mother is currently a resident at Lincoln Court and the experience has been great so far. She is happy and engaged. She is treated like a human by people who care. We moved her here from a different facility and things are much better for her here.

I visited a friend and witnessed the caregivers were friendly and helpful with everyone they interacted with. I recommend this facility if you are looking for assisted living. The staff is always available as needed.

Based on the other ones we saw, we thought it was the best. They just have a very good balance of things, the facility is nice, it's all indoors, the meals are quite good and vary every day, staff has been pretty friendly, and it's a fairly reasonable price. We went to a place that had much less and was about 40% More expensive.

We chose the Forum at desert Harbor because of the value for the money as well as the location of the facility. It really is a great place! The facility itself and the staff have all been great to work with. I would recommend to others, great choice.

The staff and ladies in the front are super sweet and kind. They are so helpful and sweet to the residents. All seem to know who staid here and were so nice and full of energy! The place is very welcoming. Looks clean and nice and very homie!

Ive lived in two other senior living communities before this and this is by far nicest one. I only wish my wife was still alive to be here and enjoy it with me. I really love it here! I highly recommend it for everyone. It’s the best!
