The Gardens of Scottsdale has proven to be a great choice to place our loved one. The memory care unit has an excellent staff to care the needs and even has gone beyond our expectations. Not fully knowing what to expect was a bit nerve racking at the beginning. The staff are all fully capable of making our loved one feel safe and cared for. The facility is well maintained and clean. I am very satisfied with our choice.

I came to the location to tour. The staff here is very nice and willing to help and show you everything here. My aunt is 85 years old and we were looking for different locations for placement. Very nice very clean organized. They showed me the rooms they showed me the lunchroom. They showed me the chapel. They showed me the pool. They showed me the gym all with some thing that we were looking for for the family member. A lot of the residents are very friendly and welcoming. Plenty of staff members around to help. My aunt had a smile on her face due to the fact guest here at the location, talk to her and made her feel welcome. Seemed very organized and very friendly. Can’t stress that enough.

After touring four Assisted Living Centers, we chose Southgate because the staff were so friendly and welcoming. They go out of their way to make each person feel valued and cared for. There is always lots of activities to do and outings to go on. Housekeeping does a great job and laundry is done weekly. The dining room looks like a nice restaurant and often have live entertainment with music. The meals could be healthier. Overall, my father and I were happy with our experience at Southgate.

This place is awesome. The warm and inviting welcome is very evident upon entering. The entire staff is friendly and very helpful. The residents are all enjoying their time there. The smell of lunch is enticing as well.

Este lugar esta muy bonito para cuando yo ya no pueda estar sola vivir aqui, los empleados son muy amables con nosotros los de la tercera edad, los inquiring que viven aqui, son muy amables tan bien muy comunicativos me husta hacer nuevos amigos, la experiencing de vivir aqui se hacen los dias mas agradables sobre todo Para nosotros wue ta pasamos a nuestra tercera edad de vida. Ya que a veces nuestras profits familias no nos comprenden, no entienden que uno vuelve a ser niños con experiencia, pero niños al fin y los empleafos aqui tienen un Corazón enormous para entender todas nuestras necesidades. Un lugar limpio y seguro, cordial y amable. No se puede pedir mas en l vida.

This place Is so clean and the staff is awesome. The food is great and everyone is so nice. I can't wait to move in. It's going to be great and have fun the apartments are such a nice size I can not get over how great the food is.

The staff was like my extended family. The best communication. They loved and took such great care of my mom. She love them, too. Housekeeping was great ... maybe too good .. lost two dentures. Move in was great even though my mom was at first fighting it, but they were so patient with her and helped me from having a panic attack. Food is hard to judge for a dementia patient. Mom was hard to please, but they tried all kinds of options. I can't speak enough good about this place. I am still friends with some of the staff and visit when I am in Idaho Falls! I highly recommend this facility!

Love this place it’s the best place I’ve been to. I recommend it to everyone I talk to the food is the great this place is so clean the staff is amazing the front desk lady in the mornings is amazing everyone is super friendly

Awesome staff, great and friendly, food is great, clean and presentable. Staff is present and helping willing to go the extra mile an a moments notice. We love it here and will return again for a tour

This place is definitely a place for my mom if she ever needed a place to stay. Clean and comfortable place with nice views. Very friendly staff and even friendlier people that are living here already. 5/5 recommend.

This is such a wonderful place, great caring staff. This is somewhere I could see putting my mom in the future. Everyone is so friendly, the place is clean, it’s in a convenient location that’s not too far from us. [name removed] is WONDERFUL!!!!!

I have toured many places and finally decided to pick this place. The staff smiles and greets my mom and me by name. It feels like coming home not moving in to a big place. Leadership has all come to introduce themselves and each one has taken the time to really get to know mom so we feel like we a part of a big family. Every Friday there’s been some music groups for her to listen to. The other people who live there are just the sweetest people and some have even tried to come ask her to join them for lunch. I was hesitant to move her out of her home but she didnt move from her home she just moved to a new home with a bigger family. Thank you so much for being such angels you truly are heaven sent.

Friends and family are berry Berry nice and loving nice place 4 family and friends 2 meet up with and enjoy each other with games and places to go enjoy each other company and be able to enjoy each other's family

We were able to visit the complex and the staff was friendly and very informative. The complex was clean and beautiful. Located in the medical area which made it accessable for me and my family. The food looked delicious.

Pretty community and housing. Everyone knows everyone, like family. Very beatify living facilities. They Senior Plus their family will enjoy the facility. Come out and tour the facility you won’t be disappointed

Beautifully designed and interior decorated. Modern and clean. This place looks like a 5 star hotel with outstanding amenities. Opportunities for activities are ongoing. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It is a joy to visit my Mom.

The Groves is clean, the staff is friendly, they have food choices, lots of activities, staff is willing to listen and do what's best for the resident. Value is probably good. All facilities seem high priced. There's been a learning curve, which is expected. There is one way of managing all residents, no matter their level of memory care. I'm guessing this is standard? The staff is willing to listen and adapt as much as they can.

I would say the place has worked for my mother. They we very helpful with getting mom settled in. They make sure to see her during meal time. They are very helpful with giving mom her medicine. Lastly, they will call if they see that her behavior has changed.
