Our family had an in person tour and we were so impressed with this The Pointe it was a lovely tour experience. The staff were very accommodating and they knew all the answers to our questions, and their meals sounded fantastic - the chef even let us take some cake home. However to get to the main building the residents would have to walk outside

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The director was extremely helpful with assisting my mother with her medications and appointments.

We have had an overall amazing experience at Westhill. The stay is so welcoming and attentive, the activities are great and we love coming to see the live music every week as well!

I can certainly tell you that everything has been great as of so far!

Aspens at Fort Collins is a very nice and clean community and this just happens to be the best place for our loved one. It is meeting all of the needs and expectations. Our loved one may not always participate in the activities but the new activities gal [name removed] has just been fantastic, we get to see all the different things she does when we come to visit .

Without A Place For Mom I don't believe I would've been able to handle the situation we were put into on my own as easily as I did without their help. A Place For Mom it's a valuable resource for families put in a situation whose loved one needs more care than a family member is capable of performing . Creekside on Bardstown allowed my mother to enter the facility knowing she would be under the Hosparus program . [name removed] took care of our every need and addressed my mothers personal concerns helping to reduce her anxiety . And when my mother passed on May 16th all of the employees showed amazing professionalism and much appreciated compassion . I would highly recommend Creekside on Bardstown .

Our family is having such a wonderful experience it is almost to good to be true. Our loved one due to their health is not able to participate in many of the activities but from what we can see they seem to be great. She loves the meals, she says breakfast is her favorite, lunch is a little on the lighter side when it comes to what they offer but dinner is usually really good. We would definitely recommend this community based on our families experience.

I would give them a 10 if I could. The gentleman who led our tour was awesome - give him a raise! He was so thorough and informative. We were very happy with the tour and the community. My loved one simply preferred another location. But Summer Vista seemed like a great choice!

I would highly recommend Summer Vista. I like that my loved one is free to roam around, and she gets the extra care that she needs.

During the duration of our loved one being there it was a wonderful experience we really liked everything about Creekside on Bardstown. The love that it is a smaller community so the residents and staff are very close knit. It was exceptional and we have already recommended this community to others and we will continue to do so

We're very pleased with Harbison Shores. All the helpers are very nice and very patient. They seem to know how to handle my loved one when he gets upset. The office personnel are always very nice. There's usually someone there to let you in and out. It's a nice building with a nice courtyard. They have activities, but my loved one just isn't interested in them.

my mom was able to have a private room, important because she is a very private person. staff is very helpful and kind to her. She is very happy there. Her safety and happiness are most important and she has that there.

I am so grateful for the wonderful care and attention my wife receive at Harbison Shores. The staff and administration are great professional with a caring attitude.

the helpers are will trained - do a good job of keeping residents clean. house keepers do a good job. the food is very good. everyone is cooperative.

everyone I have come in contact with has been friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate the helper who washed and dried mamas hair. Mama frequently makes comments about different helpers doing a good job assisting her.

mother has lived here for eleven years. The staff make her feel right at home and I can confident that they are taking good care of her. The facilities are very adequate and clean, the variety and quality of meals here is superb

I like the people and everyone is helpful. They seem to give info when needed on my loved one. They do laundry. My loved one spends time in the courtyard and attends concerts if they have entertainment. The staff cares for them and makes sure they are clean/dressed nicely. I am very pleased with the community. It is a convient location. In addition, they also have a salon, in which the residents can get their hair washed/cut but it is additional charges.

It was a great place to put your loved one. They were all very caring and they tried to help my loved one, although she couldn't understand that they were trying to help. But, everyone was willing to help and do anything she needed.

The cook makes good food, especially biscuits and gravy. They have been excellent. It's a small community , and is very intimate. It's good value for money. My loved one loves it there. They are verry happy Sometimes, they are short staffed on the weekends.
